Angefangen beim sehr gut schmeckenden Limoncello Spritz &uuml;ber die Vorspeise bis zum 350g-Rib-Eye-Steak, das f&uuml;r uns geteilt wurde, stimmte einfach alles. In unserem einw&ouml;chigen Urlaub in S&uuml;dtirol war das das mit Abstand beste Essen.

Starting with the very good taste Limoncello Spritz over the pre-feed up to 350g-Rib-Eye-Steak, which was shared for us, everything was true. In our one-week holiday in South Tyrol, this was the best food.

Sehr leckeres Essen, zuvorkommendes Personal und gute Qualit&auml;t.Die Aussicht auf Meran macht es rundum perfekt. Wir freuen uns auf unseren n&auml;chsten Besuch!!

Het was een perfecte avond. Zeer mooi restaurant waar we hartelijk werden ontvangen. Bij onze wijnkeuze kregen we hulp van de sommelier en de keuze was top!De kaart was voldoende uitgebreid. Alles wat we geserveerd kregen was heel lekker. Gewoon niets op aan te merken!Een adres om zeker te onthouden.

It was a perfect evening. Very beautiful restaurant where we were warmly received. At our wine choice we received help from the sommelier and the choice was top! The map was sufficiently wide. All we had served was very delicious. Just not to note anything, a address to remember.

Beautiful atmosphere, very nice service, the food of high quality, prepared with love. From greeting from the kitchen, over pre-food, main corridor and dessert... it was excellent.

Good for what it is (part of a chain). It was actually just what we needed on a long trip hitting up different restaurants every night. Here, we could relax and just catch a decent, if predictable, meal. Seriously, we appreciated the relaxed aspect that dining here brought.Our wait-person was fabulous. He dealt heroically and humorously with various small glitches from the kitchen or other wait staff. He TOOK CARE of us.

The thing that set Core Osteria apart was the subtle creativeness with their menu offerings. Still focused on traditional with an added touch that made a big difference.

Excellent restaurant with great seafood.A small menu but all cooked to order . I had the mussels which were fresh and tasty and turbot also excellent.
