The taste of the dishes is quite satisfactory and the service is OK.

We did not know what to expect from reading the reviews and we were pleasantly surprised. Both pork and ponche were excellent. The pork came a bit chill, but they just warmed it again and we enjoyed it a lot. Our compliments to the friendly staff.

When the food is prepared by an expert and specialist, it shows; as it did here. When a host takes pains to treat his customers as his guests, it shows; as it did here. A quiet dinner where we were well fed and treated like family. We experienced a certain, small form of perfection.

This is a famous local restaurant in Segovia that specializes in roast suckling pig. I think this should be the signature dish here. When we went there, the boss actually took action himself. He pushed the suckling pig out on a cart, cut it with a plate, and threw the plate away after cutting. It was so cool!
