Photos of Nanshan Library

Nanshan Library is a public library invested and built by the government of Nanshan District, Shenzhen. It is located in the central section of Nanshan District and is one of the iconic cultural buildings in Nanshan District. The whole library covers an area of 13,700 square meters, with a building area of 16,400 square meters, with a design collection of 600,000 volumes and more than 900 reading seats. The foundation stone was laid in 1994, and it was officially opened to the public on March 28, 1997. By the end of 2005, it had accumulated nearly 460,000 books, of which more than 110,000 were over 40,000 electronic books.
