Embassy is located at King's Road Angkor Village | Across the Old Market Bridge, Siem Reap 17259, Cambodia. Embassy is hidden in a small night market. The restaurant is small but beautiful, and the tables are beautifully decorated. The service is superb, and the two waiters will carefully explain the wine list and the ingredients for each dish. There are 7 dishes in total. Every dish is unexpectedly delicious and special. For example, we have never tried cuppacino mushroom sauce. The appetizer before the main course is also very special. A great experience! I heard that the menu will be changed every month. It can be seen that this is a restaurant that is particularly attentive. After the meal, the chef will come out to ask about your experience and give us a box of handmade maracons. Perfect ending!

Embassy, the best French restaurant in Siem Reap, is the best twin sister Hua Chef in Cambodia. He once taught as a Michelin Samsung Chef, and presented Cambodian cuisine in a French way. The restaurant is exquisitely decorated and stylish, and the seasonal menus that are changed every month are all from the most seasonal ingredients selected by the chef himself, and are properly eight-way.

Before coming to Embassy, I never thought that this western restaurant on the second floor with only 8 tables could make such a delicate taste of food. As soon as I pushed the door in, the simple and elegant environment of Embassy Restaurant revealed aristocratic elegance that made me feel good. The restaurant will launch different dinner packages every month. A package with a tax price of about $30 seems a bit expensive, but you can eat 7 exquisite appetizers, main dishes, soups, desserts, etc. like artwork. I personally think it is worth a try! Each dish, the waiter will clean up the table for you, set the dishes, and introduce you to the materials and practices of the dish. Every dish is not eaten from time to time, dragon mustard, banana flowers, lychee, petals, both add beauty and bring a fresh taste to the taste buds. Each dish will blend Western food with the characteristics of Chinese food and Khmer cuisine, and collide with sparks, completely touching the tip of the tongue.
