H Brasserie is not a restaurant - it&rsquo;s a few tables in a bar area in the corner of the hotel lobby, They claimed to have no record of our booking and said they were too busy to seat us, despite there being several empty tables. We did eventually find ourselves a seat but food was below average, drinks very expensive, and staff were disinterested bordering on unfriendly. Unfortunately we had no other choice that evening - which is exactly what this place relies on!

Brasserie de l&#39;h&ocirc;tel simple mais calme avec de bons plats et desserts. Service agr&eacute;able et sympathique.Tables espac&eacute;es, pratique avec un petit enfant qui veut gambader.

The hotel is a very comfortable hotel with a nice and comfortable dishes and a pleasant and sympathetic service.

on &eacute;tait un peu de&ccedil;u cette fois-ci, on avait command&eacute; uniquement une entr&eacute;e mais en version plat, mais on a d&ucirc; payer le prix de tout le menu ... en plus, le plat en question (qui sinon &eacute;tait tr&egrave;s bon) &eacute;tait vraiment trop sal&eacute;.  dommage !

We were a little disappointed this time, we had only ordered an entry but in a flat version, but we had to pay the price of the whole menu ... more, the flat in question (which otherwise was very good) was really too salt.

This Strasbourg is a famous restaurant. My friends highly recommend taking me here. It is said that the taste of this restaurant definitely makes me unexpectedly taste it. It is indeed quite unique in reputation, plus exquisite ingredients, it is really delicious on earth. The environment is also relatively tall, the service is better, nothing to say

In a place where one may expect a tourist trap there is exactly the opposite. You are serviced good quality (and size) dishes of traditional Alsace cuisine and despite being in a very busy place you are in the centre of everything. The building and the location just add to the experience and make it unique.

H! Brasserie

A beautiful setting with a view across the river to the floodlit Palais Rohan and the Cathedral. A friendly welcome. The food was tasty and well cooked. This is, however, Indian food for a north European palate and had hardly any Chilli in it. To an English visitor it was a little bland. I&#39;m guessing this may be typical. But very enjoyable nevertheless.

The restaurant in itself looks very pleasing to the eye, however it was a bit loud and difficult to hear the conversation. The food was excellent and the service outstanding though.
