Hello,I AND MY WIFE WAS DEEPLY OFFENDED.  YOUR SERVERS AT THE UPTOWN LOCATION REFUSED SERVICES.  1. WE WAITED ABOUT 30MINUTES TO BE SERVED EVEN THOUGH THEY WAS GOING TO TABLES AROUND US. WHEN THE SERVER FINALLY CAME SHE CHARGED ME 35 PESOS FOR EACH RANCH DIPPIN SAUCE (HAD 20 TRADITIONAL WINGS) WHICH THE RANCH  ARE FREE. ASKED FOR KETCHUP SHE BOUGHT A BOTYLE THAT WAS UNSERVICEABLE.  MY WIFE HAD TO GO TO THE BAR TO ASK FOR KETCHUP.  WE ASKED FOUR SERVERS FOR REFILLS. THEY REFUSED. THEY PASSED OUR TABLES FOUR TIMES WITH NO REFILLS.  I WANTED TO GET THE HOT DIPPIN SAUCE FOR MY WINGS. THE SERVERS NO LONGER WOULD COME TO OUR TABLE. WE HAD TO COMPLAIN TO THE MANAGER TWO TIMES THEN SHE (THE MANAGER) FINALLY GAVE US A REFILL. WE COULDN&#39;T FINNISH OUR MEALS BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE. I LIVED 57 YEARS ON THIS PLANET AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED IN MY LIFE. THE PROBLEM MAY HAVE BEEN MY SKIN IS BROWN AND I AM NOT AN AMERICAN.  IF THAT&#39;S THE KIND OF BUSINESS YOU RUN I SUGGEST YOU POST FOR WHITES ONLY. THIS HAPPENED AROUND 7-9PM July 6. If you have CCTV look at the video. I have on a black Nike tee-shirt with white letters.  We was outside because they said it was full. When the white/filipina came in they sat them right away.  My fellow countryman had the same problem, but he actually think someone spit in their food. I WILL TAKE THIS HIGHER BECAUSE NO ONE HAS ANY ROOM TO BE RACIST. I HAVE EATTEN THERE SEVERAL TIMES. I HOPE THEY DIDN&#39;T THINK THAT I AM BENEATH THEM (I  RETIRED AT 42YRS WITH A BACHELORS IN  SOFTWARE, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, AND AUTOMATION ENGINEERING). MY SKIN NOR MY HOME COUNTRY (PANAMA CITY) DEFINE ME. MY SUGGESTION IS TO FIRE THOSE SERVERS THAT NIGHT. I AM DEEPLY UPSET.
