Taste is the restaurant of the hotel where we stayed on Guam. It specializes in seafood buffets. Their seafood dishes are very rich and varied, and the ingredients are absolutely fresh.

We celebrated our anniversary here and we loved it. The view, the ambiance and the service was so amazing. our Servers were Will and Linda they were very attentive and so quick and kind with service. The food was so delicious it is worth the amount we spent. I had the Prime pork with a side of Wagyu fried rice. It was so good. I also had the Crunch Kale salad and Lobster soup. My other half had the aged beef and the prawns. He loved it. I highly recommend this restaurant especially if you&#39;re trying to be romantic and have a cute date night. Amazing Amazing Amazing!✨️

I stayed at the Westin and it was raining one day. I went downstairs to find food and came to the restaurant closest to the hotel. The Japanese restaurant was decorated in a Japanese style. The wooden tables and benches were probably too damp. You could smell the moldy smell as soon as you entered the door. I ordered a set meal, which was enough for two people with small appetites. One sashimi, one sushi of the day, which was salmon, and one soba noodle. The sashimi was very fresh and the wasabi was hand-ground, not squeezed out of a tube. The eel rice was also very big. The eel was elastic and served with seaweed shreds and tamago. There were two pieces of grilled tempura, sweet potatoes, beans, and okra. The best thing was the bowl of ramen. The sour and spicy taste was simply refreshing. Most people who come to Guam are Koreans and Japanese, so the local Japanese food is quite authentic.
