Aman Hotel ARVA Restaurant is worthy of being the most expensive hotel in Tokyo. There are three ushering staff alone. The restaurant is located on the 33rd floor. Had a great meal of foie gras, Singapore chilli crab and green tea tiramisu. All were amazing. Service was excellent. I enjoyed the casual atmosphere in a very very formal city. I was alone but I have no doubt that as a couple this would be a very romantic place. If there was a downside it was that the place closed at 11pm although I should mention that I was not put off by the staff or the GM stopping by twice to check on me.
