Located in a high-rise building in Shinjuku, the view is very good. Compared with other high-end restaurants, this one is not so crowded and easy to locate. The main dish is marbled beef, which is really really really delicious and melts in your mouth! In addition, there are snow crabs in the season we went, so we ordered a beef pot and a crab pot set. Each portion is not large, but there are many dishes, and my stomach is bulging by the end. However, it is really recommended!

The food was impressive and well prepared. We had the premium beef shabu shabu as part of the set menu. The tuna sashimi starter was excellent, as was the cod with sweet miso. Had the Seryna sake with the meal, which was expensive - something you need to know right away (around $200-$300). Even for good food it is expensive. So knowing what you are getting into (and paying for) is definitely a prerequisite. Overall very good - we loved it!

A Japanese lady who works at a B&B recommended this place. She speaks Chinese better than I do, and she is an authentic Japanese... It is said that this restaurant has been open for many years, and there are many repeat customers. The big prawns were ordered by a good friend, and he ate all of them, and I only ate the head... The salad plate tasted good.

Kalbi is tender and juicy, paired with their special butter garlic dipping sauce, and the raw egg with raw beef is nothing better! The rotisserie must be arranged!
