we have been coming here for 4 years now, never disappointed. they update their menu often. we always love their refined approach to cooking, the ambience and most of all the great service from Erik and the new staff Marsela. today we went for my husband's birthday. everything was delicious and wonderful. we'll be back again!

What a great find! It’s a must visit while in Trieste. The food was so, so good from the welcome appetizer and a flute of sparkling wine to a wonderful dessert of pistachio tiramisu. We were greeted warmly and served impeccably. Definitely recommend.

I've been there 3 times and the food was always delicious . Our servers were very good as well. I will be going back again in December.

Every dish was delicious! The atmosphere was warm and cozy. We loved everything, but only the pace of things - it took way too long (for a place called Bistro) for the main course to arrive. And the waiter forgot the beer we asked for. But still we liked the place very much and we do recommend it

This was a faultless experience. Very friendly and a successful wine recommendation. Flan and bream especially recommended. And leave room for the dessert!
