I think it is the 5th time we visit this restaurant but the first time in the Winter. As the menu is seasonal I was wondering how much variety of food we would get. I did not need to worry. Artsy and yCreative Food Experience was on the menu, like a tiny onion based iceberg, infused vineleaves and other jaw dropping gastro surprises. We continue to love Dan B as much as the first time we went. I still have not warmed-up to polished mirrors on the ceiling; I do understand the desire of reflective lighting but mirrors on the ceiling is still a big no, no from a Feng Shui point of view.

Stunning views from the restaurant and loved the funky ceiling. The seating was well thought out so you did not feel you were too close giving that intimate personal feel. The staff were truly exceptional from those so busy in the kitchen to front of house, very welcoming and food was outstanding, so so much flavour in each and every mouthful, thank you for enabling a wonderful experience and highlight of our holiday in France, what a gift. Thank you.
We booked into this restaurant as it had a Michelin star and because it was perfectly placed for our trip. The attention to detail in both food and service was impeccable, while the friendliness was genuine. The food used all of the best French culinary techniques while being innovative and very fresh. Standout side dish for me was the lobster sabayon that accompanied the white asparagus as a side to the lobster dish- perfection! Chocolate as a pre-dessert was a first for me, but so fresh it was extraordinary and was followed by pea and white chelate ice cream lollies with a delicious wild strawberry mousse. All too delicious. will be back next year definitely.
We had an unforgettable experience in this wonderful restaurant. The fantastic view, delicious food and the excellent cordial service convinced us completely. It was the highlight of our trip in France.
The restaurant was fantastic! We spent a wonderful afternoon having lunch for my husband's birthday. All the staff are very kind and friendly. We enjoyed the excellent food and loved the view over the valley. We will definitely come back!
