Adler Stube

There is a good atmosphere and service here. Beef tartare is a masterpiece but I find that other courses were better last year

Er were here 10 times and each experience was a miracle! Food, personnel, design and atmosphere are simply unforgettable!

We had a wonderful meal here at the Adler - starting with excellent G&Ts with local gins. The lamb carpaccio and schlutzkrapfen were particularly good, as was the service!

I was expecting the food to be a little more special given the writeup by Michelin. The food was still VERY GOOD, but nothing mindblowing. A bit pricier than other options in the area, and not that much tastier, but much nicer ambiance. The service was great.Or crème brûlée was warm throughout like it was microwaved. Potentially curdled. Top was not crispy. Not sure if this was an error or that’s how it’s served in this region?

Nice restaaurant and ambiance.Friendly service.The food however is too fat and just not good.Average meat.Rather tasteless entee with trout .And the pricing is absolutely to high.
