La Boucherie

They are really understaffed and the staff did their very best, but got involved in discussions with custommers who did not accept that they were full. I really pitied the people who work there a little, as the hotel reception sent everyone on and the restaurant staff could not cope with the numbers. Food was OK. Menu had some interessant starters.

Asked for a steak medium rare and waiter looked confused so I said I would like it pink. When it came out it was very well over done. They did get me a new one that came out better but it took 40 minutes. If you have patience

The hotel is a very good restaurant that has left us a very good impression for our passage in the corner.

The staff is friendly and will be able to respond to your wishes immediately, the meat is delicious and well arranged.We are served quickly, a good evening, thank you.

We came between lunch and eating at a EVG, and they sent us their mascotte (a cow) to bring the apero.
