Later, we watched the table next to us doing it and found out that it was poured on the hot pot ingredients to prevent the hot pot from burning. The lotus root slices in the cold dish were very crispy and delicious, so we added half a plate. The steamed buns looked good, but we couldn&#39;t eat any more.
