I have eaten it at least 8 times. It is freshly selected and killed. There are two ways to eat it and three flavors.
Method 1: Steamed fish in stone pot
Flavor 1 is the original flavor. After the fish is marinated, put it into the pot with tofu and yam. No water is needed. Just open the steam lid and cover the pot. After 20 minutes, you can have a pot of delicious milky white fish soup with chopped green onions and coriander. A bowl of it warms the heart and stomach.
Flavor 2 is spicy. When the fish is marinated, chili peppers are added, which is one more step than the original flavor. Pour hot oil on the cooked fish and boil the soup with steam. The spicy taste of the soup stimulates the tip of the tongue, and the body wakes up after a bowl of it.
