In my opinion, fine dining is all about food, ambience and service. All 3 points from the restaurant are incredible. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the food is incredible and the live guitar/piano music creates a beautiful atmosphere.

在strand hotel里面，我们来这里吃的下午茶，我觉得主要就是气氛，店里装修的有点英式感，然后点些吃的，来杯茶，和朋友聊聊天，好惬意。东西的味道算不上很好吃，不过在仰光已经是很不错的了，推荐去。

无论点什么，先赠送餐前面包，那是吃过的最好吃的面包，中午的商务餐22美金2道菜，28美金3道菜，收百分之十服务费，餐后赠茶～一道主食菜量很大，不建议点太多

The oldest colonial bar in yangon. Very laid back and posh atmosphere. The walls are covered in colonial age artwork and paintings of old yangon. There is also a pool table. Drinks run about 7/8$ each for a cocktail, and the several that we had the chance to try were all devine.  Highly reccomended.
