Traveling to Yuanyang Terraces in Honghe, I stayed at the Huaijing Yuanyang Mountain Residence in Duoyishuxia Village. One day, I went to other villages with the owner of the homestay to go to the market, and then took him to this popular restaurant in Xinjie Town for lunch. The restaurant is quite large, the environment is decent, the dishes are relatively rich, and there are many varieties of green leafy vegetables. The signature dish of the restaurant is pig&#39;s trotters. I ordered the taro stems and the bitter melon fried eggs that I had never seen before in my life. In addition, on the recommendation of the homestay staff, I bought the only signature clear soup beef in the restaurant at the Dorazol Restaurant two doors away. It was a comfortable meal. Yuanyang&#39;s local dishes are fresh and delicious and worth trying.

It&#39;s easy to find near Xinjiezhen Bus Terminal. The environment is OK, there is a fan in the private room. I ordered four dishes and one soup. I didn&#39;t go to the restaurant when I was busy, so the serving speed was very fast. The weight is sufficient and the taste of the dish is acceptable. Two people couldn&#39;t finish it, and then packed it and checked out for 110 yuan.

The service and sanitary environment in the hotel are indeed much better than those outside. The terraced fish and beef jerky taste very good. Because the boss is from Shiping, there is a special dish, Shiping dried tofu, which is paired with the hotel&#39;s own osmanthus wine. It is too hard to drink. Although it is a three-star hotel, the price is more cost-effective than outside. In general, the price-performance ratio is very high, the food is delicious and not expensive, and the service environment is good.
