We had a lovely time. The food was amazing. Interesting flavors and immaculate presentation. Everything was amazing. I can definitely recommend this place and would gladly come back again.

After reading so many comments, no one mentioned how to get there! From Zermatt, take the mountain train to zuganna, and then get off the train directly is the snow road... This restaurant should be skiing, not walking past! I walked on the snow road for 40 minutes...some people are walking with snowballs. I am not sure if this route can really be hiking? Anyway, no one in the hotel restaurant said that they had to walk in the snow mountain for half an hour! It&#39;s just half an hour... The taste and environmental services are first-class! That is, must slide down! Slide down! Going down there is no snow fight really drunk!

The environment of this restaurant is extremely good, and he has a waiter, the little brother is very handsome. Their food tastes quite wonderful. I suggest you go and taste it. Will be satisfied.

The hotel style is just like the name, very warm, romantic and loving.
The facilities are mainly wooden structures, and there is a heart pattern on each door.
The hotel is quite spacious and has a large space. There are also cabinets, umbrellas and mountaineering bags, etc., which are more humane.
What my wife likes most about this hotel is that each room has a small balcony, and you can see the Matterhorn directly, which is great.
The breakfast provided by the hotel restaurant is also quite rich and tastes good, which is good.

The Matterhorn observation deck restaurant has a good location. The food tastes average and the price is not high. The roast chicken is delicious, the pizza is very average, the soup is very salty, and the fries are pretty good.
