The excellent service was only outclassed by the incredible cuisine. Our dishes were so good, I was brought to tears--a rare occurrence. The porcini ravioli with truffle and blueberries was delicate and divine. The AlpenZander with creamed saurkraut and mountain cranberries was like tasting God.

We had the 5 course pescarian menu with wine pairing.  Each bite of each dish was unique and memorable.   The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and welcoming.  We rate it highly has a special culinary experience.

The setting, in one of Zermatt&#39;s most prestigious hotels, naturally contributes to the exceptional level of service. And the cuisine more than deserves its Michelin star. Su-bli-me

Cafe Du Pont

We also tried the thousands of cakes when we saw many people ordering veal in this store. It really tasted very special. This thousands of cakes is completely different from our thousands of cakes in Beijing. The potato thousands of cakes are covered with cheese.

This is a great hotel, the hotel tastes relatively high, and the ingredients of the hotel are also very high-end, especially the seafood, the quality is very good.
