This wonderful dinner is unforgettable. I have eaten in various restaurants over the years, but I have never been impressed by the Western food I have eaten. But last night&#39;s meal, just a plate of salad, made me feel amazing! It is made of seasonal vegetables, flowers, and fruits. There are 80 kinds of ingredients in a plate of salad! The most special thing is that it is warm, which is different from the cold salad we usually eat! The taste is as colorful as its color, and the feeling of each bite is different! Open up your taste buds completely! The king crab claws are delicious; I didn&#39;t expect that the silver cod and olive puff pastry can match so well! The final dessert also shocked our whole table! We ate all 12 dishes per person throughout the night~ It&#39;s not that we can eat too much, it&#39;s really a surprise! Perfect production is inseparable from an excellent team of chefs. Simone, a guest Michelin star chef from Italy, is the most proud chef of the Bras family. He was the executive chef of Bras, a two-star Michelin restaurant in France, and is currently the executive chef of Bras, a two-star Michelin restaurant in Hokkaido, Japan.

I love their Chinese restaurant&#39;s black truffle wild mushroom dumplings (a bite out, full of black truffle fragrance), steamed chicken feet (no exaggeration, this is the best I have ever eaten, no one), preserved egg and lean meat porridge (just the taste I remember, delicious). Xiaolongbao is good or bad, rose Pu&#39;er is delicious, with the fragrance of roses and the mellow taste of Pu&#39;er, endless aftertaste!
