It was already past 8 o&#39;clock in the evening when we arrived in Ruoergai. We originally wanted to find the Tibetan restaurant recommended by Ctrip, but found it closed when we arrived. The Tibetan guy in the neighboring restaurant learned that we wanted to try Tibetan food, and enthusiastically recommended &quot;Babao Tibetan Restaurant&quot; and took the initiative to take us there. I was very nervous at first, fearing that it was a scam, but fortunately the road was not remote and was closer to the Da Zang Sunshine Hotel where we were staying. I entered the restaurant with doubts, and the guy greeted us and said goodbye. The shop is not too big, with Tibetan style, and is full of guests. Judging from their attire, they are all locals. It is very lively drinking and chatting, unlike a black shop. The boss is also a Tibetan guy, quite humble. After we sat down, a Tibetan girl enthusiastically but slightly shyly ordered food for us. It seems that she seldom receives &quot;outsiders&quot;. The menu shows that meat is sold by pound and butter tea is sold by pot, which makes our small Jiangnan stomachs very embarrassed. We discussed with her whether we could have a smaller portion so that we could try more dishes without wasting anything. We ate with Tibetan knives while cutting, and the quantity was large. Perhaps the kitchen was not good at controlling half portions, or perhaps it was hospitality. The family of three ate and took photos while enjoying the feast. We were so full that we couldn&#39;t forget it the next morning. We went to have breakfast again. We saw that water was being transported, and we realized that the drinking water in the store was transported from the mountains. They said that butter tea must use mountain water, and tap water doesn&#39;t taste good. My daughter still misses this store, so let&#39;s just throw her in Ruoergai. We strongly applied for and recommended this store on Ctrip, not only because the dishes are good, the cooking methods are authentic and unique, but also because we were moved by the pure simplicity and kindness of the Tibetans&#39; hearts and their sincere hospitality along the way. The yak beef in the casserole here is very tender, with cabbage, potatoes, vermicelli, kelp, tofu skin... It is especially suitable for children and the elderly.
