This time I was transiting in Dubai and didn't want to spend a lot of money to stay in an airport hotel, so I found this accommodation. Because the online map was inaccurate, I was worried about where to stay before leaving. Thank you very much to the person in charge Azizi for his enthusiastic assistance and providing us with enough information before our arrival. The accommodation is simple but clean. The location is not too far from the airport, and the combined cost of taxi and accommodation is still more worthwhile than the airport hotel.

It was really clean hostel. I stayed almost 4 hostels around but this area if you are looking for cheap and clean option than this is the one. I saw negative reviews but not really making sense. Farhan is good host. Cheers to your guys for masking my stay memorable
It was a great experience. I travelled to Dubai for a Solo Trip and the Hotel was everything I expected (Clean, Friendly Staff, Affordable, etc). I really enjoyed my stay here. They provided everything from Towels to Toiletries except for Toothpaste. Its walking distance from Sharaf and BurJuman Metro Station. You had to pay extra for Breakfast and its not included in Room price you pay. Lastly they were happy to accommodate me for Late Check-In as my flight was a bit later in evening for a nominal fee.

Its proximity to the Gold Souk is super convenient for exploring the market. Food options are also affordable nearby; we particularly enjoyed the Indian/Arabic restaurant right downstairs next to the hotel. (Just a heads-up: avoid the water served on the table!) My boyfriend and I ordered a mixed grill platter for 69 AED – it was incredibly generous and more than enough for two of us, though I totally forgot to snap any pictures!
The facilities are quite new, and the place is clean and quiet. It's perfect for a short stay or a stopover. However, it might feel a bit unexciting for a longer vacation as it's a relatively small hotel and lacks amenities like a swimming pool.

I really liked this hostel, the rooms are very clean and it is comfortable. They have several services available such as cleaning or breakfast that go well and the responsible girls are very friendly and help you with anything you need. I definitely recommend it.
The location is the best. Just beside the Emirates Towers Metro station. Outside of the building have MyMug restaurant which sells Kerala food. It’s very delicious and affordable. Also have 2 supermarkets and pharmacy. The room is OK for 1 night. Actually it’s like a 1 unit of house inside a building but they make a partition into 2 rooms of double bed, 1 room of bunk bed , 1 pantry and 1 shared toilet. They provide iron and iron board. The internet is good. The pakistani guy stay there too. Thanks bhai. I give 5 star for this hospitality

ZZolnikovConvenient location, friendly owner. There is a kitchen, water.
I searched for a long time, here are some tips - sadaf 2, 5th floor, door 504. I attached a photo, there is a door to the right of the sign, that's where you go )

VVishwarajGreat place to stay. Was upgraded to single bed room apartment.
Hotel staff were friendly.
Rooms were clean. Only had issues with Pillow. Else a great stay
PPigggy# praise# Measure for mosquito control, lighting in the room, size of the room, close to the store, cost-effective, satisfactory to the adjacent activities
GGuest UserLocation was good near Baniyas metro station and Sabkha bus stations. Surrounded by supermarkets and café shops.
Muhammad Salah made our stay enjoyable but some staff need to be thoroughly trained in communication skills as well as simple manners and respect. Our stay in this hotel was for a total of 9 days, in which our sheets were changed once and the floor was never hoovered-the bathtub also remaining dirty for all 9 days. The hotel also seemed to attract cockroaches which wasn’t ideal as my daughter is scared of them and was constantly in a state of discomfort. I didn’t hate this hotel but the only thing that would bring me back here is the location and service from Muhammad Salah.
GGuest UserGreat place to stay. It was so neat and clean. I enjoyed free breakfast free Netflix. The bed was cozy and had privacy curtains a spot light and mobile and laptop charging slots. I also enjoyed recliner with heat massager. Coffee machine with Starbucks coffee shots and fresh orange juice machine and a mini bar at very nominal price make my stay a very executive 5 star experience. The host was very friebdly and hospitable and joined me with a delicious dinner with him. I had my return flight ticket but I wish to stay here more. Whenever I come back to Dubai I will definitely prefer to stay here every time. Highly recomendable.
GGuest UserI used this hotel for a business trip. It was closest to where I needed to be. It’s a little difficult to find because the office is in a room that looks like a residence within the building.
Each room has a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and then tons of rooms partitioned from each other. It’s kind of like a capsule hotel which is not what I was expecting. The bathrooms are hard tile but there’s no amenities. As such, I didn’t shower during my stay.
The cooling is central in the public areas but not in the rooms. So you’re at the mercy of whomever sets the temperature.
It was a cheap place to stay and the staff were great.
GGuest UserHere is my sincere review:
Pros:
1. The hostel is conveniently located near a major train station, making it easy to get around the city.
2. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with clean and fresh bedding, supportive mattresses, and cozy pillows.
3. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or requests.
4. The hostel was spotless, with clean rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
*Cons:*
The hostel has no parking spaces.
Toilets are busy in the morning.
Overall:
I highly recommend homeland anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
