It also has a brand new private dock and deck for your enjoyment with swings hanging over the water. House and Guest House comes with Three bedrooms with master beds, queen and single bed in open area, and one sleeper sofa. To bathrooms and one private outdoor shower. We have also added a 900 sq. ft. screened in patio with a full kitchen and comes with a commercial pizza oven. The islands close by can be reached on foot across the sand bank or by kayak. There are three single-person kayaks, a two person kayak, and two stand-up paddle boards to go exploring!! The property and Exuma Island have not been affected by Hurricane Dorian.
