Close enough to town for convenience but far enough away to be removed from noise and congestion. The condo is located on the 3rd floor (approx 1700 sq ft) The master suite provides a king bed with private bath including large walk in shower, a walk in closet along with a private veranda off the master that has a view of the lagoon and amazing sunsets. The second bedroom has a queen bed and full bath directly across the hallway. There is air conditioning throughout or you can open the sliding doors and let the ocean breeze gently lull you to sleep.The Condo has tile floors throughout along with hardwood cabinets; crown molding and all local handcrafted furnishings. Amazing house, perfect location. Great layout Air Conditioned! Beautiful front fully screened deck and back deck with very cool swimming pool. Incredible views and scenery with jungle like vegetation and exotic birds. 25 minutes from the hustle and bustle of San Pedro and only 8 minutes from the beautiful Secret Beach. Groceries 15-20 minutes away and new store coming in 10 minutes away! Terrific dining at Secret Beach with some restaurants open late. A must stay if you are planning a visit to the island of Ambergris Caye! Quiet and very relaxing!
