We had a lovely stay here as a group of 6 with 2 elderly and 2 young children. The space was comfortable and well-suited for our family. The kids especially enjoyed going up and down the stairs (though a little steep), and they absolutely loved the plush toys provided. Practical amenities like toothbrushes, bath towels, and even a 2-in-1 washing machine with dryer (detergent included) were very convenient. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and free of any smoke smell. The building is a bit dated with ongoing construction downstairs, but the elegant design still shows through. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is rundown, which is a pity as it would have been a great addition. There is also a gym room available. At times, we could hear construction noise at night as work seemed to continue around the clock. We truly appreciated the thoughtful service — they kindly allowed us to store our luggage while we spent 2 nights at Chimelong, and also offered a late checkout until 8pm for a small fee so we could comfortably catch our midnight flight. That made a huge difference for us. One small suggestion: it would be really helpful if basic cutlery (spoons, forks, scissors) were provided for takeaway meals. Overall, it was a wonderful stay that made our Guangzhou trip very memorable. As a bonus, there’s a fantastic nearby restaurant called Lizhi, where we enjoyed delicious roasted goose and pork. Highly recommend!

We booked a three-bedroom unit that was incredibly spacious, newly renovated, and spotlessly clean. It featured a living room and two bathrooms, making it absolutely perfect for families traveling together. The location was also very convenient, and the comfortable, excellent bedding ensured we slept soundly until morning.

For families who are travelling together, I really recommend this loft! There are 2 double beds upstairs and 1 sofa bed in the living room, so a family of 5 can comfortably stay here. It's extremely easy to find for newcomers of Guangzhou and very convenient for travellers as there are many restaurants and a 24-hour convenient store right opposite the loft. Beijing Pedestrian Street and other well-known tourist attractions are all in its vicinity. Even though the environment is lively with its restaurants, it is still peaceful and quiet during the day and night. The beds are very comfy, and the toilet is very clean and spacious too. The management also provides disposable amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels, and slippers. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Guangzhou!

Choosing this hotel for my Guangzhou trip was such a brilliant decision! My entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly comfortable. The biggest highlight was definitely the location – it's incredibly close to the metro station, which is also an interchange for two lines. This was fantastic because we could get to Guangzhou South Railway Station directly, without any transfers, saving so much precious travel time. The room was spotless and well-maintained. They thoughtfully replenished complimentary bottled water daily, so we never had to buy our own and always had a drink available. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were patient and enthusiastic when answering our questions, never once seeming dismissive or perfunctory. It was a convenient and worry-free stay. Next time I'm in Guangzhou, this will definitely be my top choice again!

The hotel has a very good location, which makes moving around the city much easier. The amenities are a nice detail, and the hot water is plentiful and reliable, something travelers always appreciate. Cleanliness is well maintained, and overall, the place feels comfortable and welcoming. That said, I believe the reception staff could improve by smiling a little more and being more empathetic. A hotel is often a refuge for travelers from the challenges of the road, and that warmth makes a big difference. In general, though, it was a very good stay, and I would recommend the hotel.

The Ritz Apartment is an apartment building conveniently located near the exhibition center. I chose it specifically for its close proximity to the Canton Fair, which is within walking distance. There are also several dining options in the vicinity. It's located on the 27th floor of Tower A, Zhongzhou Center, Haizhu District. Upon arrival, you just head directly to the 27th floor. My only wish is that they offered breakfast.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. What really sets them apart is how they handle a situation. When Typhoon Ragasa was making its way to Shenzhen, I was genuinely impressed. Instead of just doing nothing, they called me! The person on the phone was kind, explaining the situation and giving clear, practical advice like making sure the windows are locked. I saw they had even taped up the windows at the entrance as an extra precaution. It immediately made me feel like I was in well prepared place while in an unexpected circumstance. That same caring attitude is reflected in every interaction with the front desk staff. They are just the sweetest, most genuine people. Whether I was asking when the typhoon was going to hit or when I forgot my keycard in my room, they were always so kind and attentive. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and the service here truly great! And let me tell you, don’t walk past the front desk without trying their tea! It’s such a lovely touch. I found myself looking forward to that delicious cup of tea. It’s those little details that really make it a great experience.

The location is quite good and convenient as its close to metro and malls. The room was quite small and since I have a luggage, there's not much space to move around which was fine for me. I received one breakfast coupon from booking which got me an egg, mantou, sticky rice and a cup of milk which was ok. Overall, the hotel is alright for the price and would recommend.

A perfect hotel stay! There's a convenience store right downstairs, and Fuhuali Commercial Street is just a short walk away, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, there's a night market nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, offering a complimentary room upgrade without even being asked. The front desk area itself was also clearly signposted, making it easy to find. The room was fully equipped with all necessities like fresh bath towels, bottled water, and slippers. It was also spotlessly clean, with no stains, and felt very comfortable and spacious.
