Start with the good: the staff was very nice, the capsule comfortable (great bed) and I was lucky to get a quiet room of respectful people. And the bad: the worst thing is the showers. Aside from being crammed, the button push lasts 5-6 seconds (counted), which means you're constantly pushing and getting a mix of cold or scalding how water. Please fix your showers! It was also clogged and flooded quickly. I think the toilets/shower areas could use cleaning more often. There is no public space, tables, etc. at all, you come here just to sleep or rest in your capsule. Better than what most other hostels offer (some not even having curtains!) and a better night sleep for sure, but no mingling. Also not much space for shoes or luggage, and certainly no safe lockers. It could be so much better if they had made some space for this. Would also be nice to be able to pick top/bottom bunk: being on the bottom I was woken up by banging/dropping items/etc. by the guest above me. Overall good, better than most in the area, but it could easily be better still :)

Situated in a leafy enclave behind Bayswater station, this townhouse hotel is distinguished by several elements lacking in its neighbours: an elevator so I don't have to carry my luggage up four floors, a shower I can actually fit in, and even a desklike area in the room where I can work.

You get what you pay for. The bunk bed is pretty small, and you need to bring your own soap, towel, and other amenities unless you're willing to pay to buy/rent them. The only good thing is the location.

The hotel is obviously new and very clean. Like mentioned in previous reviews, there is an issue with the shower. The button just wouldn’t press untill you hit it. Was annoyed with the cleaner nocking on the door twice, waiting for me to leave one hour before the checkout time. Other than that the experience is very nice. The hotel is based literally few steps away from the Underground station (Zone 4). Excellent breakfast for £10.

It is easy to access because it is near the airport. The staff is friendly and the room has a closet, so it is convenient for storing clothes. The desk is also large enough to use a laptop.

The location is good because it's close to the station, but the shower leaks and I think it's disappointing in terms of service and friendly attitude.

Okay location. Relatively close to the station. The area is nice and quiet but a bit dark and lonely to walk in at night. Great comfortable beds pillows and amenities. The room was very clean. Just wished they had A.C. conveniently located and priced.

후기가 없어서 걱정됐지만 생각보다 좋았습니다. 싱글룸은 대형캐리어 하나를 펼치면 가득 찹니다만, 혼자 사용하고 가격대비 괜찮다고 생각합니다. 모든 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 엘리베이터는 없지만 방까지 짐을 올려다주고 내려줍니다. english breakfast 조식도 맛있고요. 다만 여성인 경우 개인 헤어드라이어를 지참하는 게 좋겠습니다. 퇴실할 때 말하니 아직 오픈한지 3주 째라 많은 점을 개선 중이라 했으니 나중에는 있을 수도 있겠네요. 소음은 없고 거리 주변 치안도 좋았어요. underground랑도 걸어서 10분 내외로 갑니다. 가성비 좋은 영국식 숙소 찾으면 추천해요.
