good location in the middle of the city near the town square, clean rooms but on the 1st and 2nd floors there is no view of the city, good breakfast with quite a lot of variety, but the room AC is not cold and is like a regular fan at 102 and 219

The light switch placed closed the bed.. the washbasin and shower are adjacent, not suitable for small children and elderly who can be stung.. the room is spacious, but the design of the room is amburadul..

Friendly staffs, good cleanliness, comfy, good location - in the middle of the city, easy to find foods .. Will be back if we visit Bangka city again

the location is very strategic with good hotel conditions and clean environment.it is expected that there is a service improvement in breakfast dishes and service.

Remot AC ny rusak. Sarapannya jam nya mulai 7.30 beda dgn hotel biasanya jam 6 sdh bisa sarapan. Gorden jendelanya kurang rapat, jd msh ada celah bisa trlihat dr luar

No frills value for money hotel in perfect location along the shopping *****. The room and amenitues is bare. Pilllows, bedsheets and quilt smelled very bad. But the staff responded quickly and change all of them when we told them about it. All the staff very friendly, helpful accomodating and give excellent service. Will stay again when visiting Bangka
