I had a one-night stay at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The location is fantastic, close to to popular malls, which makes it very convenient. Thamrin City mall is just right below you. So you can just go down the lift and you're already in the shopping heaven.
The room was okay—nothing too fancy, but definitely worth the price. The highlight was definitely the breakfast; it was absolutely delicious, with a great variety (based on my taste buds ya)
The staff was also really friendly and approachable, always ready to help with anything I needed. Special mention to Fareza for the good service! For the price and location, it’s a solid choice for a short stay!

Location is okay, nearby convenient store and restaurants. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, basic amenities are given. Iron need to be requested. The room is not soundproof hence you can hear voices from nearby room. Overall i would repeat staying here if i go to Jakarta.

I love this hotel the receptionists are helpful
The location is good pretty close to Blok M mrt, I recommend to go to Papaya Fresh for Japanese bread 🤌🏻 this hotel surrounded by the mall you can find everything there and the cafe was pretty close too
The room was nice I love it everything’s clean also the bed was comfy but they didn’t provide the hairdryer
This hotel made me love Jakarta, I would love to go back again 😀

The pillowcases, bolsters and bed linen were very dirty.. The color was brownish yellow and there were even traces of blood on the sheets.. I complained to the manager, then they changed all the fabrics

MMiew KiongOverall is good but the studio single room a bit small and the bed is small too, not a super- single size bed. I was not allowed to check in despite arrived at around 11am as the room is not ready. For breakfast, the chef cooked vege fried rice for me upon requested as I am a vegan.

AAnonymous UserBest area to stay if you’re looking to utilise the public transport like MRT (Dukuh Atas) and Transjakarta (Tosari). It also walkable to newly opened Agora Mall, the highest in Indonesia, and also the ever famous Grand Indonesia mall. Bed and pillow was comfortable. Aircond and WiFi is very reliable. And if you’re coming from CGK, the airport train station is just behind the hotel (5mins walk to the back).
The only downside is.. constant train sound from 6am to before midnight. But you’ll get used to it after the first night. And also the toilet could do a little bit of deep cleaning. They do offer daily room make up tho.
Other than that.. you get what you paid for! Would definitely stay here again, if the is right (sgd25/n)!

The bad:
Rooms were advertised as ALL Non-Smoking, but my room had definitely been recently smoked in and cigarette smoke permeated the establishment!
The room was absolutely filthy! Food, drink and or bodily fluid was splattered on multiple walls 🤮
The floor was covered with long black hairs and short curly ones too 🤢
Bathroom amenities were decent at best, and the ceiling was molded, there was also holes in both the bathroom and bedroom ceilings!
Lots of flying bugs too, but never saw a cockroach.
Bed sheets, pillow cases and towels were clean.
Air conditioner could not be adjusted, one temperature and one speed.
Cat urine permeated the hallway.
Obviously, I would never stay here again!
