Quite a novel experience staying in a capsule and loved the privacy and USB ports and universal socket. No snoring noises though the plastic doors create a din whenever someone slides it open and close. Not sure if the bathrooms were in use or barred from use but a few seem to be perpetually locked. Shower stall may be a little tight and no rack such that toiletries can only be placed outside the shower stall. Nice kitchen. All dishes to be washed and placed in dish washer for disinfection. Only grief was no hair dryer. ISK 1000 to rent a towel seemed exorbitant but not uncommon in Iceland.
Lovely stay in a charming, 3-storey historic guesthouse that reflects the spirit of Husavik. Comfortable private rooms with in-room amenities like ear plugs, pitcher, hot water kettle+mugs, salt+pepper and little treats, sufficient renovated shared shower WCs, plus homely touches like a fridge for guest use, hot beverage counter and free hot coffee, fruits and biscuits in the morning. Friendly and meticulous host who strives to give a peaceful and memorable stay for all guests: we take off shoes at the main entrance to minimise noise and keep the floor clean, and bathmats were supplied to keep showers dry for the next guest use. Yes, the hot geothermal shower water has a sulphuric smell but it adds character to the stay! Tip: have lunch or dinner at Naustid, the seafood restaurant opposite, and check out the bubbling stream beside the house!
The only true god around the island, the first choice for self-driving tour, to Akreli that night was very late and raining, self-check-in silky, townhouse style, the car parked directly outside the landing door, the room is as big as the domestic friends, you can't find such a big on the island, Sofa TV dining table has everything, the key is too cheap, the cheapest one around the island these days is the best
The Guesthouse is located on a shot street and consists of several small houses with clean, well furnished rooms. We have nothing missed.
The only disadvantage is that the sound is very weak. You hear conversations, snakes and early noises almost as if you were there.
Overall a solid stay – with ears sticks much more pleasant.

MMicrobe kaiMy wife and I booked a double room in this hotel, full of rooms, and the door of the room is already using electronic locks!
The first floor is the restaurant, check in is also at the restaurant counter, check in with a free drink from the restaurant. The kitchen has a simple microwave and a kettle to use.
The bathroom is in the basement, and it will definitely pass the restaurant on the first floor. It feels a bit strange, and men may still go wrong into the women's bathroom. This part is a bit strange in the design of the compartment.
There is a bar behind the hotel, which will be very noisy before snoring at night. Even if the soundproof airtight window is closed, it is quite loud; and the door bow buffer of the restaurant door on the first floor of the hotel is not enough, and the closing will affect the upstairs!
