The room was very nice and clean! It was very close to the fireworks display and the roommate was very quiet. I will definitely book this place if I have the chance. I heard that the curry here is delicious, but it was closed when I went there. I will definitely try it next time I go there!
Great for a short stay! There’s a MEGA Don Quijote right across the street, and the neighbourhood is very quiet, perfect for evening walks. Just keep in mind that staff are only available after 3:00 PM.
If you arrive early, there are no rental lockers nearby or on-site. However, you can sit in the dining area, and the Wi-Fi password is already provided there.
The location is near the station and it is very close to the attractions. It is very convenient. Although the time is not three o'clock, the luggage is placed there and go out to play. You can buy things very comfortably and burn them there. The boss is enthusiastic.
The counter staff is very polite, you can send it early, the room is very clean, this family is very good, except that it is a bit far from today, there is no problem, there is also a supermarket nearby
The price is very economical, great value for money, and free breakfast is provided. What a surprise. The parking lot is free. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I forgot to turn off the interior lights of my car, and he actually came to remind us to go down and turn off the interior lights. , thank you very much, the breakfast was delicious!
It is close to Goryokaku Tower, and there are ramen restaurants, conveyor belt sushi restaurants, and clown burgers nearby. It is really convenient. It is a bit difficult to travel due to heavy snow, but it does not affect our good mood.
The first stop of Hokkaido during the National Day was Hakodate, which set the single room for this hotel. As shown in the typical Japanese-style economy room type, there is no need to count on the space, and the air conditioner is still broken. Fortunately, the Hokkaido in September is still relatively cool, and the window is introduced to introduce ventilation. But the point is that the hotel's service is ok. The boss is an elderly couple, and I have not seen other staff during the three days of staying. It may be that the couple has arranged all the work of the hotel. Even so, their service attitude is still very harmonious, and they also added the breakfast that was not available at the time of booking. Of course, it is simple egg with bread. In general, one person can travel and the budget is tight. Incidentally, the two couples are still fans of Dragon Ball and One Piece, and the hands and puzzles in the store are revealed.
The warm response of the caretaker's uncle and aunt was very good. Since the partition is only the wall and the curtain, there may be some anxiety for women? There is a women's shower room. I am very grateful for this price for sleeping and breakfast. I was really really happy that my uncle and aunt treated me like a family ^_^
200 meters from JR station and bus station, convenient for travel. Very safe, clean and hygienic, the only thing that is not friendly to the old and weak is to go up a ladder to the front desk. There is an elevator in the hotel.

エエゾシカ伝道師The staff at the inn were warm and moderate, and I was very comfortable.
While there were many non-smoking rooms, the companion who was a smoker was very happy.
In addition, the correspondence of the odor remaining in the room is also firm, and I think it can be comfortable.
It's a hot spring, but you can get the power of the source.
It is a hot spring of great satisfaction!

GGuest UserAs a ryokan I believe is run by a family, you would expect they will by offering good service rather than lots of facilities. This is exactly the case. I want to commend the owner, Mr. Tsuchiya, because without his help, my excursion to Lake Toyoni would not be as smooth. After discussing my concerns in the risk of missing the bus on the way back, he agreed to drive me to Lake Toyoni early in the morning, so I would have plenty of time to spend at Lake Toyoni, and minimized the chance I would miss the only scheduled bus back. Indeed, I did get to the bus stop ahead of time and caught the bus. I bought some snacks from a local bakery for his help. Not sure if he liked it or not, but hopefully yes.
In terms of facilities, I was surprised to find there is an onsen there. To be honest, it's more like a hot bath, but that is still nice to have. Also, you will have to drag your luggage to 2nd floor, as obviously, there won't be an elevator. The only complaint I would have is the wifi, which is dodgy at best. Just continue to use your own data if you want to avoid frustrations.
Cleanliness is ok, given only three people run the whole place, including cleaning and cooking. Bathrooms are shared, and I have no problem with the cleanliness. The place is old, so don't expect too much.
In summary, their service is top-notch; everything else is what you would expect of a ryokan.
GGuest UserMAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THE CODE TO THE LIFT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE.
I stayed in a capsule in the dormitory on the 3rd floor of the hotel, where self check-in facilities are located. I believe there are family units or private rooms on other floors of the hotel.
+ Very good location. Less than 5 minutes walk from nearest subway. Subway journey about 5 minutes from central Odori Station.
+ Very comfortable beds and good quality linen and pillows. I slept very well during my two nights there.
+ Very good and clean communal facilities - high quality furniture, spacious bathrooms (a lot better than the price suggests).
+ Self check-in was easy (apart from the lift, see below).
- I booked my accommodation through Trip.com. That meant I did not receive an email from the hotel with the code to activate the lift (or even know that I needed a code!). Thankfully, a lady put in the code for me to take me to the 3rd floor so I could check in, otherwise I would have been stuck with no access to the hotel. MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THE CODE TO THE LIFT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE.
- There are no cooking utensils, plates, cups, cutlery or fridge in the kitchen on the 3rd floor where the dormitories are located.
I would happily stay here again for the money, now I know the downsides I have written above so that I can plan accordingly.
MManyHatsStaff were very pleasant and accommodating. Gave good suggestions and recommendations. The rooms were very cozy and cleanliness was superb. Very convenient location and provided free shuttle service as well as transport on request to Kutchan JR train station. Convenience stores were nearby as well as a few restaurants, apart from the in-house restaurant which provided decent breakfast & simple dishes from menu provided. Altogether an excellent stay and will repeat stay there when going to Niseko again.
FFABRICE MATHIEUNeed to walk around 20 minutes from Sapporo station. Hard to find since there is no sign or poster on the entry writing hostel . Rather cafe , after going 3 times round the block I finally read in small print ten to ten .
10 minutes away from any seven eleven or family mart, 30 minutes away from Ōdōri park , I found the location to be not ideal . On their website they write they have a laundromat , which is wrong . No washing machine , I find it disappointing in Japan where every hostels or hotels have one . The lady at the desk told me to go and wash clothes is quite far . Also don’t believe the photos on their website or promotions pictures . There is no park down the building . It’s a small hostel in a small street isolated from the rest of the neighborhood.
For the hostel itself , classic , nothing to say except some of the curtains on their bed don’t close properly , the bed is very comfortable , bathroom clean and you can change towels every day . Breakfast is for free every morning at 8 and it is a coffee and a small bread . Still delicious . Staff is not always on the premises, morning and evening .
In a nutshell. Was good for a short stay but will definitely look for another one with better equipment ( laundromat ) and better location ( closer to a family mart ) next time .
CChuchu520The furniture and facilities in the B&B are very new, and it feels like a newly opened hotel. The hotel environment is very clean, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It is more convenient to book a self-driving tour.
LLoletta ChuThe location is just a few minutes from the subway station. The double room is comfortable, cozy and clean. And the price is reasonable. The kitchen is well-equipped with all you need for cooking. The staff speak good English. It's recommend for budget travelers. Thanks to the staff to make me a comfortable stay in Sapporo.
RRuiThe location is in a residential area, there is a subway station nearby, but it takes about 8 minutes to walk. The traffic is not as convenient as other hotels, but the boss is super good, very enthusiastic to introduce various accommodation facilities, and will remind foreign passengers to buy local cheap transportation coupons!
GGuest UserMuch better than I expected. I booked the cabin which is a but more expensive i.e. the one with a little corridor on the side - I would definitely recommend this one over the regular cabin as this gives extra space and privacy to change clothes, unpack your suitcase etc.
BbobbiipinNice and cosy hostel in convenient location, not too far from Nijo market and Susukino. There were convenient stores and coin laundry nearby as well. Bed was snuggly and comfortable although it was a shared room. Having bar downstairs was both a benefit and drawback. It was convenient to get food & drink after a long day travelling and you don't want to leave for anywhere else, and their bar has great selection of drinks. However, the sound from the bar can be loud so earplugs is highly recommended to ensure a good night sleep. The bar area is also a smoking zone as well so even though the dorm is strictly non-smoking, the smell might still bother you if you're sensitive. Overall I think it's a not bad value for what you pay for, and great if you want a bit more lively hostel rather than quiet place.
