2-Star Hotels in Wakayama Prefecture, Japan

We stayed for 2 days, one day in a Western style and one day in a Japanese style, each room had its own characteristics. The hotel is affordable and has Chinese service. The hotel is very close to Wakayama City Station. There are 2 train stations in Wakayama City, one is ”Wakayama Station” and the other is ”Wakayama City Station”. The 2 stations are 2.5 kilometers apart.

Near to JR station and bus station convenient travel to scenic spots. Only some for foreignness don’t silent they handsphone and talk loudly in cabin area. Hopefully service crew can remind before check in. Will stay this hotel again when travel to Wakayama. Thank you

Nothing impressive, small and dark. Okay for a single guy , not sure about ladies. Close to Wakayama-Shi station, so getting around is easy. Rooms have no view, just looking at pipes dripping water. Room smells of smoke. Toilets are hard to get into as they are ‘caravan size’ toilets and showers. The bath tub is very high, not ideal for elderly folks as the showers are installed within. They do have a ioniser and demister in the room to get rid of bad air and foul smoke smell but not very effective. If you plan to spend most of the day out, it’s ideal.

The hotel owner's service is generally the same, a little impatient, obviously the phone number registered on the self-check-in machine is not my phone number, I have not registered, I don't know what's going on, the boss said that this is a very serious problem. In addition, I wanted to cancel the reservation because of my stomach pain, but because the order is not cancelled and refunded, even if the platform communicated with the boss, the boss still resolutely refused, so I felt a little bad, I could only go there on the same day to check in  Facilities: There is a bathtub, there are few places, the bed frame is wooden, the mattress is clean, there are small lights and small fans on the side of the bed, and the fan connection can be used as USB charging. There are two tables in the living room, wash basins, wash basins for combing, disposable toothbrushes, lockers, boiled water you can boil hot water yourself. The environment is 10 points clean, and there are not many people when I checked in. There are only two or three people in 10 beds. 

If you don't like the sound of the train track, the location is convenient for transportation

The room is very clean, it's only 1 minute walk from Kushimoto Station, the room is nice with private bathroom, but it is a bit expensive on Saturdays and Sundays.

The hotel is pretty good and clean. It's right next to the pier. It's only a 200-300-meter walk to the tuna market. It's also very convenient to eat. The only thing is that the front desk is too rigid. Check-in is only possible at 3:00 p.m., not even a minute earlier. This is when there are many empty rooms.

There was a problem with the location of the hotel. It is 200 meters away from the JR station. It is actually in the urban area. The station is outside the city and can only take a taxi. The distance is about 2km. It has been re-updated so far. There is no bus. In addition to getting on the bus directly at the station, we have to call the local phone. We only support Japanese. The town is very quiet. Unfortunately, we don’t have time to look at it. The fireworks meeting went, generally speaking, Ctrip helped solve the problem.

Good breakfast! The lighting in the room was a little dim, so I asked the front desk to fix it and bring an extra lamp. There were also many supplies that I could use~ It was very convenient, as it was right next to the Mail, and it was also very close to the train station and the airport~ There was a recurring smell of cigarettes, so I asked the front desk to fix it and they did it the next day. Afterwards, I slept better, and the windows could be opened, which was quite good for getting some fresh air~ But the room felt a little old!
