조용하고 잔잔한 유럽풍 분위기에서 푹 쉬었습니다 주변에 맛집도 많고 양평 시내도 가까워서 진짜 행복한 여행이었어요 ㅎㅎ 객실도 넓고 리버뷰인점도 너무 좋았고 수압이나 온수도 완전 잘나와서 거슬리는게 하나도 없었던 호텔입니다..🥹
다음에 또 방문하려고요!!!

I had a wedding, so I made a reservation and visited in a hurry!
On Sunday, the cafe and convenience store on the first floor were closed too early.
Still, the view of Mt. Dobong was really good !!!
I am willing to visit again !!! The windows are big and the real view is the best !!!

오랜만에 어머니와 함께하는 여행이었는데 숙소를 알아보다가 주인분이 친절하시다는 리뷰를 보고 이곳으로 정하게 되었어요. 시설이 깔끔하고 너무 좋았습니다. 주인 아주머니분이 리뷰에 적혀있으신대로 너무 친절하시고 아주머니댁에 고양이랑 강아지도 있어 같이 재밌네 놀았네요. 바베큐도 할 수 있었는데 준비도 잘해주시고 도란도란 이야기도 나누어서 즐거웠습니다. 스파시설도 물 온도 조절도 있고 거품이 나오는 위치도 나누어져있어 조절하면서 잘 즐길 수 있었어요. 내실했던 203호의 뷰도 좋아 바깥 강도 보이고 너머에 라인타고 섬으로 들어가는 사람들을 감상도 가능했었습니다. 정말 즐거웠어요!

The room is comfortable and close to the subway station. The owner is very hospitable. The location is very good. There are several food streets behind the street, with all kinds of food. There are many small supermarkets nearby.

It's a river view, and the staff are very friendly. The room is clean and although it looks a bit old, it seems well-maintained. It's a bit of a shame that check-in is late.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its unbeatable location—just a 2-minute walk from Seongnam Sports Complex, one of the best places in the area for jogging, walking, or enjoying the outdoors. If you like to start your day with some fresh air and exercise, you’ll love how easy it is to access the stadium and surrounding paths.
Aside from the amazing location, the hotel offers a very clean and comfortable stay. The room was tidy and well-maintained, and the bed was fresh and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room comfortable regardless of the season.
The bathroom had all the essentials, and both the water pressure and hot water were excellent. The staff were friendly, responsive, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. One of the staff members, who seems to be the owner, speaks excellent English, which made communication very easy.
There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and public transportation is very accessible, so getting around is simple even if it’s your first time in Seongnam.
Overall, this hotel is an excellent value for money and especially ideal for those who enjoy staying active while traveling. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

GGuest UserThis boutique hotel was surprisingly comfortable to stay at. Although the neighbourhood was slightly rowdy with drinking crowd at night and alot of eateries & bars around, the room is quiet and cosy. We stayed in a 30m2 room with a huge toilet and spacious room. The front desk manager Mr Yu is the kindest most hospitable person Ive meet at a hotel. He took time to chat with us and made us a hot drink when the weather was getting cold. The lobby is nice with an adequate seating area for traveller who need to do their work/ meet with friends. Accessibility is good with the Metro being 7mins walk and airport bus stop 5mins walk away. I recommend the 24he Kimchi Jigae with Pork eatery around the corner.. its the best!

1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only.
2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything.
3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room.
4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us.
5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant.
6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere.
7. Even at nignt, the vibes were safe
The location of the hotel is great but the entrance was difficult to find at the first time.

The front desk of the hotel is a family, young can speak English, and there are two lazy sheep at the front desk.
Downstairs is the Dahuadi Station of Metro Line 3, and it takes about 40 minutes to go to Seoul for shopping and subway change.
There are restaurants around the hotel, there are liveyong stores, there are seveneleven, fruit shops

MMarsha MarshaHello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea).
First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway.
Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.
