This one bedroom, one bathroom air-conditioned apartment is light and airy and enjoys exceptional views of stunning Kotor Bay and the Venetian city of Kotor. Close to the picturesque waterfront in the pretty fishing village of Muo, the apartment is perfectly located to enjoy the area's attractions. Just a twenty minute stroll will bring you to the charming cobbled streets and squares of the UNESCO protected walled city of Kotor with its many classy café bars, restaurants and boutiques. A similar walk in the opposite direction will bring you to the pretty village of Prcanj with its pretty boulevard, and to several small pebble beaches with shimmering clear waters for swimming. Fully refurbished in 2017, the apartment is decorated to a high specification, with colours chosen to invite the light and natural beauty of the bay into the living space. It has a good sized double bedroom with king size bed, balcony and hillside view; and a large open plan living area with a high quality, brand new king size Italian sofa bed, guaranteeing that the apartment can sleep four adults comfortably. The spacious living and dining areas are furnished in a contemporary style and feature satellite TV, DVD / blue ray player and iPod dock. The living space opens onto a large balcony which is furnished for al fresco dining and overlooks both the shared swimming pool and the beautiful bay. The newly fitted kitchen features oven, grill, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer; and the useful utility cupboard houses a washing machine and microwave. Also newly refurbished, the bathroom is heated for the cooler months. Outside, there is a shared swimming pool (May to October) with spacious sunbathing terraces and well-maintained gardens. The apartment has its own allocated parking space in the secure, gated car park. We first visited Kotor Muo in 2010 and instantly fell in love with it. We have returned every year since and finally bought our own apartment in 2016. The apartments are modern, well maintained and superbly located for the views and attractions of the area. They are a perfect base from which to explore this wonderful country. Whether you trail the coast for its beautiful beaches and bustling, characterful towns, saunter around the restaurants and high-end boutiques of the superyacht marina, Porto Montenegro, or head inland for river gorges, mountains and wildlife this varied, little-known country is a stunning gem just waiting to be discovered. There aren't many places where you can go from sea to ski in less than three hours! Whether you're a sailor, a hiker, a whitewater rafter, a birdwatcher, a skier ... or a sunbather and café culture vulture, Montenegro has something for you! Location is beautiful. Clean and service at the height. Right in the heart of the old city. Not sports people and older people can be uncomfortable to climb to the room, very cool staircase. Still personally our distress: we couldn't have breakfast because the resepshn opens at 9, although in the room it is written that breakfast from 7.30. We left hungry.
Photo from the room window.
Very funny hotel.
We called it a hobbit hotel as the door, the staircase, the room itself, the washing machine, everything is small and low.
They found the entrance and the apartments themselves not for the first time. And then they didn't immediately understand who to turn to and where, because there was no recipient.
They asked the owners in the cafe from the bottom, then waited when they would come.
At the time of booking it was one of the cheapest hotels. We needed just to sleep at night, so we chose for a day such a option.
For a longer period, the hotel would not recommend, as there are minus:
-noisy until midnight or even more accurate as the hotel is in a crowded place and around plays music, DJs, generally on the street an active motor
”One towel is issued for a person and there is no special feature in the bathroom
-if you are high, do not choose this hotel, as there will be difficulties with climbing up, in the bathroom without the inclination of the body not to wash and near the sink not to wash, the back will tire 😂
-very funny toilet, the cover is not open and held up, so if you want to do the need, the cover needs to always hold or it will just lie on the back
-In the morning when we emigrated too it was not clear where and to whom to approach, everything was closed, people were not, so it was necessary to just leave the key in the door and move.
-there was still a minus that I set the phone to charge for the night, and in the morning it turned out that the roast was not working and the phone was not charged 🤷♀️
-Well, there are the twisted details in the room, for example, a hole in the ceiling, and other twisted everything, old
Plus:
-Interesting to live in the old town upstairs, locations are generally cool
-the price is low and for one night will go
-Well, just the number - a joke, for two young people will go, you can climb and under the roof.
