The building consists of two floors where the apartment is on the 1st floor. The ground floor is a storage room. Plenty of parking space. The plot is hilly with a rock behind the house. Large and charming holiday house in the small community of Verrastranda. The house is located in a peaceful environment by the owner's own house, and has a panoramic view of the fjord and the scenery surrounding it. You can sit on the porch and enjoy the silence and the spectacular view. 175 metres to the fjord, which is rich with fish and known for having cod. A roadway leads down to the fjord and you can park your car 4 metres from the dock. Enjoy an outdoor barbecue with benches and tables by the dock. A 14,5 ft boat with 8 hp motor and life jackets is included in the rent. Rent a 15 ft boat with 10 hp motor and life jackets, NOK 200 per day.
