Breakfast is great! Convenient transportation and parking. The restaurant waiter is very nice, and she stayed at this hotel 2 years ago. Although the legs are a little disabled, they are in a very good state of mind and are responsible for their work.

Staff is excellent and friendly and the place is quiet. This is my 3rd stay and so far it is my favorite in the area. Also very brightly lit parking lot and have never felt unsafe.

The hotel is from 1989. But overall it is still OK. It is not far from the airport. There is a shuttle bus that can be booked by filling out a form at the front desk.

This is probably the best Holiday Inn Express that I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in at least 100 of them around the world. It could be because how new it is and the fact that this location doesn't get a lot of traffic, but it is perfectly clean, floor to ceiling in every corner of the hotel. It is quiet, no screaming children at least when I stayed here, quiet-shut doors, comfortable bed, and good breakfast with Costa fresh ground coffee machines. There are Keurig coffee machines in the rooms as well. There are also many dinning options around it, including a 24 hrs Whataburger next to it but it is not yet open for business.
Strongly recommended if you are in the area.

GGuest UserWhen I went there was St Patrick's Day holiday, the annual tourist season, the hotel was about 300 yuan more expensive than usual. The hotel is not equipped with breakfast and slippers, and you can find food nearby. It costs $67 (about 490 RMB) to take a taxi from the airport here.

GGuest UserWhat’s funny I didn’t stay at this Hotel in the dates of the 7 and 8 due to at this point I feared for my safety. I accidentally booked to earlier that day due to my job assignment had changed.
But then they reassigned me to area so I rebook and was told I couldn’t cancel previously booking which I understand but since I had been a customer for week now I was still staying so I was confused of why the matter couldn’t be resolved better than it was through the Management telling me rules are rules and now I would of had to pay for 2wice for the same room because of Rules
WOW okay.
So now I can tell my friends AMD family don’t look or e spect Red-roof to be a Great Costumer Service experience.
O I actually slept in my truck that night due to not knowing the outcome of this situation between me and the management at this red roof location.
It so so sad due I Neva complained of the roaches and dirty bathrooms I had to reclean each time I stay there and the constant people knocking on the fire cause the drug dealers ruin the hotel in this area
And even their on Redroof representatives couldn’t convince this location to work me that day
But they will not have to worry about this Guy booking Red-roof AGAINS

GGuest Userthe room was spotless. The beds very comfortable. Everything about the experience was perfect, and so close to the airport, which is the reason we stayed in a hotel. Another great thing is that there is a great great Chinese food take out within minute.
