The living room is set with a sectional and large Roku TV for your enjoyment. The kitchen provides a refrigerator freezer with ice maker and door dispenser, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and so on. Also, there are 2, four-seater kitchen tables spread between the kitchen and living room area. The master bedroom provides a king bed, Roku TV and ensuite shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and smart TV. Bedroom 1 has a queen bedl and a smart TV. All bedrooms and living area can be air conditioned. The hall bath comes with a tub and shower head as well as a bidet attachment on the toilet. You'll have the security of being in a fenced-in, gated residence with only three units. All water on the property is 100% safe and drinkable. All of it consists of either rainwater or trucked in RO water. All of this is then put through a sediment and UV filter. There is roughly a 380 sq. ft. deck off the back. Here, you'll find a patio table with four chairs along with a few other loungers. Also, provided is the convenience of an on-site washer and dryer. I do have a dog on site. She tends to roam the yard. periodically through the day. Sellie is a young American Bulldog and is super friendly with people. There's a grocery store nearby. The Christiansted Boardwalk is a 5-minute Drive away. There you'll find some nearby nightlife as well as bars, restaurants, shops and art galleries along the water and a few blocks deep in town. Beautiful, fully-equipped and recently renovated, two-bedroom, 1700-square-foot, duplex condominium in Saint Croix, the largest and most varied of the US Virgin Islands.The condominium is in great condition, but the most stunning feature is the unobstructed view from its living room and outside balcony: the town of Christiansted one mile down an undeveloped hillside, waves breaking over the coral reefs offshore, and an expanse of water ranging in color from turquoise to deep blue. Buck Island and its white beaches can be seen to the east, and, on the frequently clear days, so can Saint John and the British Virgin Islands, some 40 miles across the Caribbean to the north. Sailboats bob in the harbor and every hour throughout the day seaplanes can be seen taking off for the 20-minute flight to Saint Thomas.In addition to a colorful, fully-stocked kitchen, the unit includes a dining room, living room, and half bathroom on the upper floor, and two bedrooms - one of them a very big master with a separate vanity area - two full baths and an open air atrium on the lower level.
