Environment: A very comfortable hotel.
Service: The service attitude of the staff is very good, everyone greets you with a smile, and you can communicate with them even if you speak Chinese.
Hygiene: Very clean and tidy, inside and outside, no dust.
Facilities: All the necessary functions are available, including a swimming pool and fitness equipment.
Anyway, I will continue to stay here next time I come on a business trip.

The Hotel is set amongst a beautiful mountain backdrop, with lush tropical gardens. A little away from the centre of town but close enough to get to restaurants, shops and attractions quite easily. The pool was stand out feature and blended in nicely with the surroundings.
The staff were all friendly and very helpful with any requests. Would recommend to anyone looking for a modern hotel in a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed our stay!

Staff were so friendly and helpful with our heavy luggage. On arrival they were very helpful and escorted us to our room, the room was very clean and tidy. They also allowed us to rent bikes for free so we could cycle to the Mua caves. 10/10 couldn’t recommend enough!

A great find!!! Hotel is SO clean and NO BUGS! Lovely staff and the best breakfast pho! They even leant us a towel to use for a nearby pool, after we checked out! Would highly recommend this hotel - not as close to nightlife like tam coc but we were doing day trips and would be picked up from here anyway - only £3 cab from tam coc.

We called this the 'Grandma Hotel' because you're truly taken care of. Breakfast is a feast of all the fruits plus eggs and bread, almost more than you can eat. Motorbikes are only 100k per day to rent and they're well looked after. She goes out of her way to make sure you're comfortable and happy, without charging you loads of money for everything.
The rooms are spotless and big, with good amenities. The location is good, walking distance to the main high street. I really have no complaints, truly a great hotel!

We recently spent a few days in Ninh Binh and stayed at a hotel that was very comfortable and ambience friendly.
Firstly, I would like to mention the friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to help with any questions and offer advice on what to see in the area. They offered us a tour of the local attractions, which was a great start to our stay. We also rented a motorbike from them and travelled around many beautiful locations.
The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. We especially loved the view from the window - the picturesque rice fields and mountain views created an incredible atmosphere.
We would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to visit Ninh Binh!

Great little family-run hotel in the city. The room was very clean and the bed super comfy. Lovely breakfast with sweet coffee. The owner was attentive and helpful, providing tips on the local area. He even lent me his bicycle to run an errand. Highly recommended.

MMINHOIf you are here for sightseeing, the location is great. If you are looking for value for money, it is the best. If you think about the price we paid for the hotel before we evaluated it, you should be a little disappointed. The facilities are old, the interior is not clean, and it is a shame to expect general hotel service. You can expect the kindness of the owner.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The swimming pool is simply incredible and perfect for cooling off at the end of the day. The boss is super nice and always ready to help. The breakfast is top notch, offering a variety of delicious choices.
The hotel offers a multitude of services such as bicycle and scooter rental, which is very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. In addition, they advise you on the routes to follow in Ninh Binh, which is a big plus for discovering this beautiful region.
I recommend this hotel 100%!

The location is good because it is in the middle of the tourist attractions (either stay here or Tam Coc AREA) and in the middle of Tet they had one of the few restaurants open in the area. At the time I was staying they were doing a little construction so the view from the room did not match the website exactly

First home stay in our 8 weeks of travelling as a couple & wow, we will be staying in them a lot more. This place was so so homely, we absolutely loved it.
Huge rooms, the sweetest family run hotel, would do us a taxi or provide motorbike at the smallest cost.

EEva13A beautiful hidden homestay in the village. Lovely host Annie made the stay really enjoyable. The breakfast was very nice too, I loved her banana pancakes. They have a cute little puppy and a funny cat and it's quite fun to be around them. The location is great for exploring the area. Definitely recommend it to anyone who likes a peaceful place.
