This is an actual "home" that we happily offer as a true "Vacation Rental By Owner" for others to enjoy. There are large wrap-around Verandas with hammocks and seating, providing some of the most amazing views and breezes you will experience anywhere on the island. There is beautiful, natural Mahogany wood craftsmanship throughout the home. The roof-top sky-deck offers amazing panoramic views of the entire island, Caribbean Sea and the Barrier Reef. It is located at the South Point of Caye Caulker approximately 1.5 miles from the Village where you will find the restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shops. This property offers a truly peaceful tropical island getaway. The seaside path to the home is very scenic and fun for bikes, golf cart rentals and golf cart taxi rides. Two (2) bikes are included with your stay. Locally guided tours by sea and shore... Enjoy everything Belize has to offer from Caye Caulker. All your adventures to the mainland are just a short water taxi ride away. Or, choose from our many locally guided tours that will also bring you to the mainland to explore by Sea or Shore. They are absolutely fantastic and will pick you up by boat and drop you off at your private dock for your convenience.We have an upgraded solar system with new A/C, 42” Smart TV, and remote control ceiling fans, and the wonderful natural sea breezes that make the home quite comfortable. Conservation of water is an important part of "living Green" while you enjoy staying at this home.Guests are supplied with a 5 gallon water bottle for drinking.Our property manager will arrange for a golf cart taxi to meet you and transport you to the home where you will be greeted and checked-in. The owners and or 2 guests may be downstairs at times but never more than 2 people. Property is situated so you won’t have to interact. You will have your own separate entrance and gate to the upper villa suite. Pool and dock are the only shared spaces. CORAL PARADISE VILLAS- We offer 2 newly renovated apartments that are situated in one of the safest areas of Belize City. Safest: we are on the same street as the Panama Embassy, and 1 block away from our Ex-Prime Minister’s Home. Just a 2 min walk from the Ocean a 15 min drive from the Int. Airport & 10 min from downtown. You'll be a 2 min walk from the popular local restaurant ‘Smokeez’, & neighboring Stores. Stay with us to visit popular tourist attractions like the Mayan ruins, & Islands!APARTMENT INFO:Both of our Villas are a fully furnished 2-bedroom one bath with a fully stocked kitchen and a spacious living room designed to make guests feel at home while away from home. The cozy air-conditioned Master bedroom features a queen bed with 2 nightstands, a private closet with a safe, and a smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube. The cozy air-conditioned Guest bedroom offers a double bed with a night stand and a private closet. The apartment includes a full kitchen with a fridge, cooktop, microwave, and a coffee maker. We provide sugar, creamer, coffee, teas, spices, and 2 bottled water for your stay. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and fresh, clean white towels. we offer a blow-up mattress upon request for free. We have an onsite shared washer and dryer to be used by all guest. The living room and kitchen are equipped with AC, ceiling fan, a bar table with 4 bar chairs and a 65 inchTV with Netflix and YouTube. We also offer a porch area with chairs and a table for those who wish to smoke comfortably outside.PARKING:Please note that we only offer street parking. The area is well-lit at night by a street light that illuminates the road and parked vehicles, so there is no need to be concerned about safety. We also park our personal vehicles on the street every night.THE PROPERTY:Our boutique Stylish Villa - Apartments offers only 2 apartments in total so you will have less interactions with guest vs in a mass hotel setting. Our outdoor sitting area is meant for all our guests and serves as a smoking area if you choose to smoke cigarettes or vapes - No marijuana! We are currently renovating our back yard, and landscape to offer a ‘chillout’ area for our guest to improve our overall experience. LAUNDRY:We DO NOT offer laundry services however we can refer you to local laundry services withing city limits. SORRY, we love pets but NO PETS ALLOWED.We offer in person greeting by the host to ensure we relay all necessary information to our guests. Checking out:We ask that you turn off all AC, and TV and close all doors and windows and leave the keys in our drop box.
