The outside area which you have privately available at the house is a garden/terrace downstairs of approx. 75 m² and a roof terrace with an amazing view of approx. 45 m².The HouseGround floor :Entrance through the conservatory into the very spacious living room with seating, large open kitchen with cooking island, large tree trunk table (12 pers) with armchairs, large sitting area, relaxing armchair, low tree trunk table, fireplace (gas), flat screen TV 55 inch (digital, international channels + Netflix), open staircase, large patio doors to the terrace, 3 x double bedroom with king-size double bed. Also access to 2 complete and luxuriously furnished bathrooms with 2 toilets, 2 rain showers with hand showers, 2 x double sinks, and a large whirlpool bath through loft doors.
