DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?It’s a city wide strict rule, strongly enforced, no outdoor music and quiet hours after 9pm. Music can be played indoors with the doors and windows closed and sound contained inside. DO YOU ALLOW PETS?Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $250 per stay.IMPORTANT NOTES:➣ We want for you and all your guests to enjoy everything the home has to offer, inside and out, but respectfully ask that no music is played outdoors in order to not disrupt our neighbors. ➣ Fireplaces - for your safety and the city license, fireplaces are for decoration only.➣ Pool heat is added upon request at an additional charge.
