Thank you for your interest in my Villa . I am a Premier VRBO Host and as of July 24. 2022 this Villa has received 53 consecutive 5 of 5 STAR Guest Reviews going back to 2016. Why chance staying someplace else? The Moorings property is by far the best rental buy on Hilton Head. You will not find a less expensive rental property in a major resort development like Palmetto Dunes that is this close to the ocean. Keyless entry so not check in required. Our two bedroom, three bath townhouse is 95 yards to the beach, and overlooks the on site pool. The short distance to the beach enables you to come and go to the beach for soft drinks, snacks, meals, etc. The rental property is part of a small complex of townhouses that are located behind a guarded security gate. We've renovated the kitchen with tiled floor, Granite counter tops and tiled backdrop, Wood flooring living room and bedrooms, crown molding, 3 re-furbished bathrooms with marble tops and regularly freshly painted Villa. The Villa is maintained very clean, fully furnished including three TVs, cable, DVD and VCR. Two central air conditioner systems which are professionally inspected annually twice a year (spring and fall) for preventative maintenance . The property is maintained by our private staff and extremely detailed minded cleaning crew whose owner inspects the Villa after there completion of cleaning . A recent guest emailed upon arrival to say 'Perfect' and ''can I buy it'? You'll love it too!Secure WIFI available in Villa and can be used in the swimming pool area as well.View NETFLIX on living room TV with your password.Tennis/Pickleball - : You receive Two hours free daily and Discounts on lessons and other Tennis activities with this rental. They have daily lessons on shots of the day with both private and group lessons available for all ages. 19 clay courts 4 lighted for night play and 32 Pickleball courts, all which are lighted for evening/night players.They have had a Professional Pickeleball Tournament held on the World Class Courts held in the fall of 2021. Services and value : You will find me to provide timely and honest responses to your questions. We are 90 seconds to the Ocean and the Villa is always in wonderful shape. You will not find a location so convenient to the Ocean, Tennis, Golf and a swimming pool with Restaurants and jogging/biking trail near by. Free Dunes Buggy shuttle to area locations. Also new with this TV is a SAMSUNG HD Video, BLU-RAY Disc/DVD Player with full HD 1080P and 24P True Cinema. Island guests can enjoy over 45 miles of public pathways and nature trails. Bicycle rental discounts are available through my Villa rental. The white sandy beaches have hard packed sand that makes navigating a bike a breeze. Other interests may be kayaking, canoeing, sail boat para sailing, or deep sea or party boat fishing. A propane BBQ grill and patio chairs are available on the courtyard to relax and enjoy the beautiful peaceful garden scenery. Access to the large swimming pool and separate kiddie pool with layout chairs off the villa patio. There are lay out chairs around the pool for guests use. The pool is gated. Items included during your stay are 6 Beach/pool towels, beach chairs, sun umbrella and a beach wagon to haul items to the beach/ocean are available for the guests use during your stay. There is a dedicated convenient Parking Space near the front door of the villa and another guest space located nearby. The location of this unit makes for an easy walk and access to the walkways/bikeways of South Forest Beach and the Coligny Area. Bikeways and walking paths are located right out front of the villa. This is an upscale end unit at the front of the complex with only one direct neighbor. The villa is very private as it sits as the end of the building nearest to the beach. Public access as an easy walk to the beach. The ocean is directly across the street, just follow the path that leads to the beach. Be at the beach within minutes. The Dunes Buggy offers free shuttle service April 1st through September 7th and the hours of operation are 8 am to 9 pm daily. The shuttle will take you anywhere on the Palmetto Dunes Resort which includes Shelter Cove.Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina are located directly across the street from St Andrews Commons. Shelter Cove hosts the islands weekly Tuesday night fireworks display which begins in June and ends in mid-August. Our villa is a quick 6 minute walk to South Forest Beach. Take a 1 mile bike ride to Coligny Plaza or Celebration Park where you can find a variety of restaurants, shops & live music. The pool & tennis courts are only steps away from the front door. There are many award winning golf courses located across the island. The villa offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an eat in kitchen and a living room. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen sized beds. A queen size sleeper sofa can be found in the living room for additional sleeping space. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances and provides everything you need to feel at home when you are vacationing. Bath towels and bed linens are provided. Beach chairs and a cooler are available in the outdoor storage bin for guests to use during their stay. Please bring your own beach towels!Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire villa. Welcome to your island getaway! This Villa is in the Waterford section of Shipyard Resort and was recently redone with new furnishings and decor. Shipyard Resort is an 800-acre gated community conveniently located in the heart of the south end of Hilton Head Island. Miles of walking and bike paths are cloaked with beautiful tropical palms, live oaks, tall pines, and spanish moss. A maze of lagoons and lakes beckon the fisherman as well as deer, egrets, herons and alligators. For the golfers, Shipyard boasts 27 holes of championship golf as well as Hilton Head Island School of Golf for lessons. Those who prefer tennis can sign up for clinics, lessons, and round robins at the World famous Van Der Meer tennis center at Shipyard. When you're ready to relax and enjoy the sun and the sand, you can use Shipyard's private beach access with free parking (just one mile away from your villa). Your Villa is a spacious 1,280 sq foot unit with two levels and lots of outside space. It offers a full kitchen, dining and living areas, complete with 2 bedrooms, each with their own smart tv. Fast, free 400Mbps Wifi internet is available throughout the villa. The first floor offers an open floor plan with a bright living room containing a queen sleeper/sofa, leather recliner, chair and a large ottoman. There's a large flat screen smart-TV with Spectrum cable. From the living room the french doors lead to a private, serene back patio overlooking the golf course where you can enjoy evening cocktails and have a meal. The dining room is great for family meals or for using as a desk area and seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped with newer appliances including a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, fully stocked glassware and everything you need for cooking meals should you desire. There's also a gas grill located on patio if you choose to grill out. The 2nd floor is where you'll find both bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed, large double closet, ceiling fan, large flat screen TV, large bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom sleeps two with twin XL beds and an adjoining bath complete with shower/tub. The upstairs also has a small washer/dryer unit available for those items that can't wait until you get home. For nights in, there's family fun games in the cupboard including Yahtzee, Jenga, and Uno. During the days, the pool is available steps from the unit and is private to the Waterford community so rarely busy. When you're ready to enjoy the beach, the villa is about 1 mile from Shipyard's private beach access and owner's beach club. Help yourself to the beach buggy, chairs w/umbrella, and boogie board in the outside closet by the front door before you go! The beach club has a snack shack and you can also enjoy Sonesta's "Sandbar at Marker 72" beachfront restaurant and bar. To get to the beach you can enjoy a 35 minute walk, rent bikes and ride down shaded paths (in about 6 minutes), or drive and enjoy free parking very close to the beach with your pass. There are approximately 60 parking spaces available, as well as overflow parking at Port O' Call. Maximum number of guests in the villa is 5 and the minimum age to rent is 25. The cleaning fee is $160 per stay. Our villa is pet free and smoke free, no exceptions.
