When we asked the reception for help with our suitcases, only then did they come out to pick them up. And then they made a remark to me that I parked in the wrong place, and asked me to repark the car. There is an unpleasant musty smell in the corridor on the floor. There is mold on the ceilings. We go into the room and see blankets on the closet, like a grandmother's in the village. It turns out that the coffee machine in the room is paid!!! At breakfast, the bread was dried out, they did not add juices - we did not have time to make them, margarine instead of butter, they did not have time to clear the tables - everything was covered with plates, as a result, we sat at a dirty table. When cleaning the room, they did not add a tea and coffee set. The beach towels are all washed out, old. At the pool I accidentally stepped on an ashtray full of cigarette butts - most likely from the previous day, because we came in the morning. The toilet is old near the pool, there is a stench, and there is also a queue. I am attaching a photo. This hotel should be given 3 stars. They do not know what service is.

You can go out and enjoy the scenery, but they are not facing the sea view (the sea view can only be seen through the window) There is a football field, a beach volleyball field, and a beach soccer field by the sea. The price of a 7-a-side football field is astonishingly low: 50 lari per hour, equivalent to RMB 130. What surprised me even more was that several stadiums were brightly lit all night long. There are still people playing football after a few o'clock 2. The curtains on both sides of the bedroom cannot be tightened, so natural light will come in in the morning. However, Batumi is only dimly lit at 8 o'clock in the morning. 3. There is a swimming pool, gym and SPA on the first floor My wife went to the gym for two days and I went for a massage. The hotel is in a good location, with surrounding attractions within walking distance and many dining options. The sanitation is average, and the window glass of the room I was given has a crack, which affects the view. The breakfast is also rich and the bedding is comfortable.

Old, shabby hotel. For that kind of money, I think everything should be perfect. Baseboards taped to the floor in the hallway, minimal accessories in the bathroom, poor coffee set - they could have put a coffee machine in the rooms, for example, margarine instead of butter at breakfast! (how is that even possible), the outdoor pool is 100 meters from the hotel, and the indoor one was not working. Disappointed

This hotel is in a very good location, near to the sea and not far from ancient city. The rooms don't have the front view to the sea, but anyway the view is awesome. The staff is very welcome, many thanks to Megi and Amine for their help.

Отель не новый, но в него хочется вернуться и этим многое сказано. Очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, отдельное спасибо! Номер достаточно уютный, кровати хорошие. Завтрак отличный, все что надо есть, кроме красной рыбы) По заказу делают наивкуснейший омлет. Бассейн внутри с тёплой водой градусов 30. Есть подземный паркинг. Wi fi ловит даже на пляже. Думаю летом тут ещё прекрасней, но и цены уже другие.

I have stayed at bestwest hotels in other countries, which are shortcuts, but this one in Batumi is a high-end series, more luxurious, very cost-effective, good location, adjacent to the Black Sea, has its own parking lot, and there are many fruits for breakfast, just opposite Courtyard Hotel.
