We had an unforgettable stay at Apurva Kempinski Resort Nusa Dua! A huge thank you to Amar and Bayu for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. They made my son's birthday celebration truly special with beautiful room decorations and a delicious cake. The beachfront dinner was outstanding, showcasing impressive culinary skills. Breakfast was also superb, with fantastic coffee. The resort's lush surroundings and serene atmosphere made us feel like home. Throughout our stay, I felt truly cared for — nothing was too much trouble, and the warmth of the team made the experience so special. The kids club was a lifesaver for me as a single mother — my daughter had endless fun, and I could relax knowing she was in safe, happy hands. The swimming pools were fantastic for both children and adults, with a lively yet relaxing atmosphere. I also indulged in the Rock Spa, which was a rejuvenating treat, and the gym facilities were top-notch for keeping up my fitness routine. Yes, the stay is on the pricier side, but for families — especially those with children — it’s worth every cent for the comfort, safety, and joy it brings. I left feeling recharged, grateful, and already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Hard Rock Bali, for giving me the rare gift of me time while my daughter had the time of her life!

It was a short overnight stay for us as we are transiting. Location is very near the airport but is still a 15-20mins via taxi depending on the traffic. While there is nothing much outside the hotel area, the hotel itself is pretty self-sufficient and I would not have minded staying there for a couple of days to chill. Spa price was reasonable but unfortunately I did not have the chance to try due to its standardized operating hour. Calling Grab was easy and wifi is strong. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

It’s a little difficult to find, but basically after exiting customs, turn left and keep walking straight and there will be some signs. Good for early morning departures or late night arrivals if you want to relax after a long flight before exploring.

Location of the hotel is great, 10 mins walk to Atlas & Finn’s as well as the beach. There are also eateries nearby or just a short bike ride away. For the price point will recommend, just that the pool that came with our room wasn’t the cleanest so we didn’t use it. Service from the staff was also excellent. The pool at level 6 is more of a dipping pool and there is a gym located at the basement but it’s just okay.

Great location close to the airport for your first or last night in Bali if in transit to somewhere like Ubud. Easy stroll down to Jerman Beach to catch that quintessential Bali sunset. Plenty of warungs to stop on the way back to the hotel to get a cheap eat. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly. A very good selection for the included breakfast. The only slight downside is that the AC in our room struggled to really cool tithe room down.

One of the best vacation beach hotels I experienced. Room was spacious, clean, with safety box and balcony... The swimming pool was great - sun tanning/ protection lotion provided - subject to availability 😀 The hotel was just some 100 metres to the beach, walkable distance to Beachwalk shopping mall, Waterbom, and there were many restaurants, bars, and massage around. Round the corner was the busiest district with shopping, eating, or just walking😄 What impressed me the most was, every single servicing staff was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again! ** there was a very cheap laundry shop in the hallway to the hotel. 😃

This was a pretty average hotel. Many amenities were dated. I booked the pool access hotel but the private pool went up to my knees, which was a little disappointing. Check in was a bit annoying because we arrived a few minutes before 3pm, and the front desk told me we would need to wait 5-10mins for our room. This was fine but we waited over 20 minutes and had to go up to the front desk again to ask if our rooms were ready before they gave us our room keys. The breakfast was good though! There was a very large selection and a nice view from the rooftop.

Highly recommend The Stones for a luxurious and comfortable holiday in Bali. The location was great, the staff were so friendly and accommodating and the actual hotel was well maintained and satisfying in every category. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the pool was large and well designed. The Jacuzzi was warm and lovely to relax in after a day of walking. The breakfast was fresh and varied with great selections - we wanted for nothing! The pool table was a great way for the kids to entertain themselves and the staff went above and beyond to help. I accidentally left my handbag with a large amount of cash and my passport, lying on a bench. I went back half an hour later and the staff had located it and put it in a safe location after trying to contact me! All money and items were still in the bag when staff returned it to me - very honest, friendly and genuine people at this hotel. It was a lovely stay.

Always stay here when passing through to the airport. Location is ideal for the airport or stay in Kuta area. Rooms are always clean and spacious, great service.
