Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

Very good hotel. Bed is so comfortable. Very convenient for travel from airport. I enjoy the stay and will visit next travel again.

Room is spacious! Hotel provides free shuttle service to and from the airport. Located near to Line 1 station that gets to downtown in less than an hour. There’s self-serviced washer and dryer for guests use as well.

The only thing that was rather a hasstle was the construction underway and finding the buffet restaurant.  It was very inconvenient!  On top of all that they gave us option of a $15 credit on top of a $25 resort fee per DAY which wiped out our $15 credit FOR A MEAL.  I would have preferred during construction period to wipe out resort fee or offer the $15 buffet credit for our inconvenience.  Everyone was very nice, & helpful.  Another problem are the refrigerators.  Even though I’m happy they provided them, they do not cool to a safe 37 degrees constant to keep food safe.  I had a disability, had a service dog and is food spoiled at a 43 degrees constant temp

Great location! First-time experience. Cool high-tech room. Overall a comfortable 3-night stay. Very effective sound-proof of the room. Staff are also friendly and helpful. In-room coffee/tea/hot water and a second sitting chair would be a plus!

I do not know I have to pay $25.00 for parking, when I book you should let the customers know they charged parking, parking in the parking lot not in garage and still charged for $ 25 I fell like not to fair to customer.

Good airport shuttle, clean room, good A/C system, good Front Desk personnel , quick deposit return . I like this hotel

It’s a nice hotel in the downtown Seattle! Clean room but the hallway had some weird smell. There were some homeless in front of the hotel which felt insecure. But overall great hotel.

Very clean. Room and lobby was modern and nicely decorated. Didn’t really use any of the amenities so can’t speak to that. Staff was gracious and friendly.

Very pleased with location, guest room, and pool. Breakfast could use some revamping with a little more space to maneuver around. Thank you for offering sugar free syrup for waffles! Hall noise was a little issue (doors slamming, people walking). Hotel staff very nice. Would stay again! Thank you!
