"I loved the location. Not a bad walk from the train station and heheh you are just at the edge of the good stuff- an old German restaurant next door, the Cathedral a block or 2 around the corner.
The bar wasn’t as appealing as some as the other Motel Ones I’ve been too- a little more business feeling. But I’ve come to love the color and decor scheme of this chain. Always super quiet and serene."
"Location and transportation: Most evaluations emphasize that the hotel is close to a transportation hub or attraction for easy travel.
Room facilities and comfort: high frequency mentions ”the room is spacious and bright”, ”the bedding is comfortable”, ”the sound insulation effect is good”, ”the intelligent facilities are convenient”.
Service experience: The staff is warm and professional, and the response speed is the core advantage. The front desk efficiency and detailed services (such as free parking and 24-hour hot water) improve the experience.
Health and dining: emphasize ”spotless”, ”rich breakfast”, ”local specialties authentic” and other details."

"The handsome uncle at the front desk of the hotel is particularly good. Our luggage is sent and moved up and down. It is very nice.
Breakfast is not bad."
"Very good hotel, good sanitation, poor elevator, but the location is too bad, the price is expensive, if you are not in a hurry for a business trip, you will definitely book a hotel in the city. Ha ha ha ha."
"No extra bed, you can bring your child, the hotel is convenient on the roadside, small but very warm, hygienic and comfortable, the service staff has patience, and warmly introduce Aachen attractions and travel routes"

Great
GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, with a good location in the city center. The bathroom and toilet are separated into wet and dry areas. The space is spacious. The family room can accommodate 4 people (2 children). It is very cost-effective. I like it.
RRudo mtengwaI stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The staff are really friendly. The facilities are not so great ,i was checked in a room which had a leaking sink in the bathroom. The breakfast was average, there is need for more variety and hot food. The milk was warm and not hot.
GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is good. The location is good, in the center of the old city, it is very convenient for sightseeing and eating. The environment is good, although it is on the side of the main street, there is a pedestrian street behind it, which is very quiet.
GGuest UserWhat made me quite disappointed is that I checked in in the morning and they said the room is not ready. So I left my luggages at reception. But they did not help me put my luggages into my room. Usually, 5-star hotels will help guests put luggage’s into the room, but this one didn’t. Besides, they arranged me in a corner room at the end with a very bad view. It made me feel that I’m in the jail.
CCarolineGreat location, clean facilities. The pool was closed which is understandable. The airconditioning in the room was not cooling enough and was stuffy at night. overall, no complains about the experience.
GGuest UserThe Hotel staff were excellent and really friendly, professional and really great service in every aspect. The Hotel website says it has a Restaurant which is why I booked it as I didn’t want to go anywhere else. Unfortunately this is not the case, I was told there are no Restaurant facilities due to the lack of a cook. The Bar offers Pizzas which was not particularly Good. Service though was excellent.
GGuest UserEarly check in.
Hotel in neighbourhood.
Walking distance to Aachen Hbf.
Walking distance to Aquis Plaza
Walking distance to the centre of Aachen.
Basic amenities in the room, but has everything you need. Overall, I’ve enjoyed my stay.
GGuest UserMy friend and I went to the Aachen exam. It’s really super quiet around, no. A little far from the city. However, the overall room is good. Still quite worth it.
CCharming ChanUse as transitional accommodation before the semester & lease commence. Serves its functions based on my standard. Close to Aachen main train station, not very noisy if windows are closed. Elevators are the most traditional one, but just like other a&o's settings.
CCor HavikReception was correct, room was a surprise, large. Sanitary, enough space, large shower cabin. Everything looked neat and clean. Only comment: one of the curtains could not be closed properly due to a broken rail. Breakfast had sufficient choice.
My final verdict: for the price you have a very good room in the center opposite the station.
The average price for hotels in Aachen is AU$195 on weekdays, and AU$216 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
