"I had stayed for many times and do with breakfast that always will not disappoint me. The reception recognise me and had help me to do a room upgrade this time with a high floor and awesome view."

"The location felt like a business district. The two-bedroom unit was perfect for a family trip. Although not overly spacious, the kitchen, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and even plates, was extremely convenient. There are convenience stores and Chinese restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast timing was a bit odd though – we had to leave by 8:30 AM, but the hotel's brunch service was from 9 AM to 3 PM. We had to call the restaurant to pick out some breakfast items and arrange a specific time for them to be delivered to our room. The portions were so generous we couldn't finish it all. They also sent a complimentary box of pastries in the evening."

"Location is good, close to many restaurants, Lulu supermarket, and grocery stores. However front desk service lady was uncertain about many things and just answered ”i dont know”. Valet guy was helpful like an angel. Apartment was clean. Washing machine washes but wont spin and those clothes wont dry in your room. Cleaning team does good job. Front desk only provides one key for two guests. Breakfast Buffet was just okay."

"The stay had its good points—clean room and helpful staff—but the heating system was a major issue. It was very hard to adjust, and I couldn’t get the right temperature throughout my stay. I hope this can be fixed for future guests."

"I would like to commend the staff at Grand Hyatt Dubai for their outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly welcome made me feel at home. The professionalism and flexibility of the staff left a very positive impression on me. The view and comfort of the room were pleasantly surprising, with an unbeatable view of the sea and ample space that made it very comfortable! Location is Additionally, I have a small suggestion regarding the hotel’s takeout service. Currently, guests need to go to the lobby to collect their orders, which can be inconvenient after a long day or during a quiet night. I would recommend considering the introduction of delivery robots to bring takeout directly to guests’ rooms. Love this hotel very much!!"

"For my return journey, I opted for a layover in Abu Dhabi. It had been eight years since my last visit, and I wanted to take the opportunity to revisit it. The hotel isn't too far from the airport, roughly a 25-minute taxi ride. I believe it's located in a financial district, with many other hotels in the vicinity. The hotel itself is very spacious and comfortable. It was an excellent choice."

"My three-night stay at Al Rawda Arjaan was exceptionally convenient and comfortable. Situated next to Al Wadha Mall and Abu Dhabi's main bus terminal, the hotel's location made arrival a breeze—I simply walked from the terminal upon arriving from Dubai. I was grateful for the accommodating reception staff who allowed me an early check-in, ensuring a seamless start to my stay. The proximity to the mall provided ample dining and entertainment options, while the hotel's amenities offered relaxation after a day of exploring."

"Great hotel in Abu Dhabi! Amazing view of The Galleria Mall from our room. Abu Dhabi Mall and Grand Emirates Market are within walking distance. Beach is also close by. Lots of restaurants around. Rooftop has a nice pool and gym. Perfect location for exploring the city."
