This hotel is so beautiful and elegant and its situated right across the river of the Grand Mosque. The staff were polite and helpful, beds extremely comfortable and taxis readily available to go anywhere. On a plus side as well, its located on the beach front plus it has a huge pool and even kids play area. It was a really pleasant stay and will definitely consider here again the future.

The service attitude is average, especially in terms of response efficiency. When checking in, we were given a terrace room on the first floor, which had no sea view at all and was right next to the main restaurant, with very poor privacy. After a phone call, the front desk agreed to change us to a high-rise sea view room (both of which are called ocean terrace rooms). We waited in the room for almost an hour before someone came to move our luggage. After changing to a new room, there was no welcome fruit and chocolate (we didn't move the original room at all). I called three times to communicate about this matter. Each time the phone rang for more than half a minute, and everyone asked the same question, saying that they had to check whether the fruit and chocolate in our previous room had been eaten. After swimming in the evening, I returned to the room and found that it had not been delivered yet, so I called again and waited for 20 minutes before someone delivered the fruit. In the past, when I called in the hotel, I basically responded immediately and the service attitude was very good, but this hotel was completely the opposite, which made people feel very bad.
In terms of hygiene, there were black spots on the bathrobe and stains on the carpet.
For the price of 5,000 per night, I really don't know what else to praise except the beautiful sea view and beach... btw the Italian restaurant is very delicious, dinner is 210aed per person, and for two people, you can eat very well by paying a little difference.

The room is not particularly new, but very clean and tidy. In the evening, you can take your child to experience the water world and ride a camel for free. The experience is great😍

I have stayed at hotels all over the world, but this is my favorite hotel. In front of the lobby and the interior is the Emirates Palace
Breakfast is delicious and the room is clean.
But Abu Dhabi doesn't have trains, so you should take a bus or a UVER taxi

Park Hyatt hotel earns 5 stars when it comes to service and luxury.
The reception staff were extremely polite, presentable and proactive. They gave us a turtle toy when they say we had a toddler checking in, when we asked for late checkout it was offered without hesitation or making a big fuss about it.
The pools are great but would definitely benefit from a shading system like trees or shade sails. The sun lounges were too close to each other on the pool but by the beach they were well separated.
I love that the towels are present on the lounges saves time and effort to go collect from a booth.
The beach itself was the highlight of my stay despite the water being hot due to summer season, I still enjoyed it alot.
One recommendation to make the experience a 10 out of 10 is to make a walking track on the sand to protect our poor feet from the heat as it is a long walking distance to reach the lounges and the actual beach.
The kids club needs more attention, it is tiny and messy inside. The outside area is good but too hot for summer.
I would definitely repeat my visit when prices are a bit budget friendly because when it comes to customer service the staff here definitely stand out.
I tried their buffet breakfast and the food, service and variety were excellent.
The bakery section behind the pasta bar needs to have a wider entrance to make the access easier.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, which made the stay pleasant. However, it seemed to be peak season during our visit, so the breakfast area was quite crowded. GGayatri GallowayGorgeous, gorgeous! The Shangri La chain never disappoints us. We stayed in the Qaryat Al Beri located on Yas Island (the other one is downtown). A beautiful large lobby in a classic symmetrical layout, the end of which spills over onto the balcony/terrace. It’s not that big, but the view onto the creek and Grand Mosque is wonderful. The level below is the infinity pool onto the creek with bar and sun loungers and to the right is a little man-made beach.
ROOM
Our room consisted of a large bedroom, balcony, office, dressing room, separate toilet (with toilet douche of course), separate shower room and bathroom: all in perfect circular Feng Sui as you’d expect from this Chinese hotel chain. Room had all the 5 star amenities and a full fledged minibar (crisps, chocolate cookies, nuts, local dates and various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages). The balcony was spacious and sufficiently tucked in out of the sun. We got the room with the view onto the Grand Mosque!
SERVICE
Excellent service as we know: the concierge went the extra mile helping me find my phone charger which they eventually found left behind in the room after checkout.
FOOD
Bar, buffet restaurant, room service: the whole lot. We didn’t have the breakfast as we woke up late: around midday we sat on the lobby balcony eating pizza and pastry from the bar menu.
LOCATION
Yas Island has strips of resort hotels of which Shangri La is one. There is a ‘soukh’ mini local mall a stone throw away but we stayed out and relaxed in the hotel’s public areas

The hotel did not meet my expectations, despite being one of the most expensive hotels on Yas Island, affiliated with Hilton, and located in the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi. Although the room design was beautiful and the hotel opened in 2018, we encountered several issues.
First, the bathroom had multiple problems, as shown in the attached photos. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and there was dust on the shelves and tables. Additionally, the receptionist, an Egyptian employee whose name I do not recall exactly (I believe it was Kirillos), was not as welcoming or courteous as the other staff members.
Karolos offered us a free upgrade to a room with a bunk bed for children, rather than a room with better size or view as one might expect. The room was not in good condition, and we even found leftover chips in the upper bunk bed. He also tried to convince us to take a suite for an additional charge, which was not something we wanted to discuss after a long flight. Moreover, no welcome gesture was offered to us or our child.
On a positive note, the breakfast staff were exceptionally attentive and provided outstanding service with great kindness.
However, I will not repeat this experience, as the price paid does not reflect the level of service or comfort provided.

FFeras NourW Hotel is one of the nicest hotels in Abu Dhabi and the architecture of it is stunning, the food options and drinks are great as well, the rooms are big as well.
The only downside of the stay was that the hotel is next to a race track and the noise is too much 😅

OOne of the Proudest moments of my lifeThis booking was made last minute for my son and daughter in-law who had just got married earlier in the day. They arrived after midnight and were treated like royalty receiving a free upgrade. Definitely need to come back again as it was only for their honeymoon night. Thank you for creating memories.

AAloysius Cheang1. Breakfast is forgettable; I even went out to source for my own breakfast. People are fighting for omelette at the egg stations - and your eggs will go missing if you do not stay and wait (and jostle for your position at the same time)

3. Bathroom sink is stuck, water just refused to be drained

RRustamI think it’s simple when you stay in the 5-star hotel you can feel it. But this doesn’t work with Radisson Blue hotel and Resort. It’s only the name. Quickly:
Rooms interior are modest. Wave pool is perfect for kids and adults. The buffet restaurant La Terrazza serves the seafood, meat and the local cuisine. There are also beach-front restaurant and a couple of bar lounges. Hotel offers in-room menu with breakfast for around 150-200 AED, 2 options of soup, quick bites 40-60AED, burger
70-80AED, pasta 80AED, 4 types of pizza 85AED, main course 100-140AED, beverages/drinks and kids menu.
In a nutshell, the hotel is good with its perfect location at the corniche, unique view on the Gulf, Rixos marina and all that.
We would’ve not shared our negative feedback but a couple of incidents had happened during our stay from April, 27 until May, 1.
There was no rain or wind, but the beach had been closed all the time. I mean all the people come to hanging out on the beach. Ok, I accept that as the reason for this apparently was due to some sanitary issues after torrential rain and flooding in April in the UAE.
The most disgusting thing is the room attendants. These guys have been knocking on our room door for 2 days in a row. Imagine, at 9am in the morning continuously and persistently knocking on the door to make up the bed. And then at the same day at 4 PM with desperate desire to clean the room. Next day the same story in the morning, knocked on the door and, now, attention, please, they just opened the door and got into the room. Yes, sir! Are you kidding me??!!! Of course, we reached out to receptionists and this super courteous staff offered us to send an email to investigate this case. Appreciate it.
