Wir sind für ein Wochenende mit zwei Kindern ins Tessin gereist. Der Empfang war freundlich und wir haben uns aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Kinder liebten den Indoor Pool , wie auch den Spielplatz (Sandkasten, 3 Schaukeln und Klettergerüst). Das Zimmer ist grosszügig und top ausgerüstet mit einer Küche und einer super tollen Dusche.

Der Empfang war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war top, sauber und in einem sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Das Restaurant edel, schön eingerichtet und mit einem sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Service. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass es nicht so viel Menuauswahl gab. Kann auch sein dass es nicht soviel hatte das meinem Geschmack entsprach. An der Qualität und Quantität gabs jedoch nichts auszusetzen. Der Spa Bereich sah sehr schön eigerichtet aus, mit einer anständigen Auswahl an Behandlungen. Dieses Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Enorme tenuta immersa nel verde dei colli ticinesi. Soggiornato per festeggiare il compleanno,non ha deluso le aspettative Bellissimo le zone relax all’esterno Forse leggermente piccola la zona SPA Nel complesso comunque tutto bene

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare alcuni giorni presso questo hotel. È stata una esperienza eccezionale. Dal momento del mio arrivo, il personale ha fatto di tutto per garantire il mio confort. Le camere sono spaziose, luminose e molto pulite. La privilegiata posizione dell’hotel mi ha consentito una rigenerazione totale. L’ampio parco dell’hotel, infatti, si immette direttamente in percorsi trekking semplici, ma davvero suggestivi, è possibile ammirare sia il lago, che le montagne. L’hotel è dotato di un ristorante i cui piatti, realizzati con materie prime di qualità elevata, sono degni di nota. Il personale di sala è accogliente e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Ho trascorso una vera vacanza di lusso. Non vedo l’ora di tornare ❤️

Amazing place , staff is super well trained and friendly , hotel is perfectly maintained, room big enough and so nice .I travel a lot and this is the first time that i hv no comments at all , much better then famouse "big hotels chaine " in terms of .....all . Price wise is also amazing .

Wonderful hotel, beautiful , clean, the service is top notch, friendly and helpful. The facilities are fantastic, especially the outside prairie. Child friendly spa , everyone is very welcoming. We are very grateful to this resort for the 5 days we spent there , we didn't want to leave and we will definitely come back ❤️❤️❤️

Che bella scoperta! Abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana piacevole, le camere sono bellissime e in albergo super ospitali. Sembra di essere a casa. Ottimo il ristorante che normalmente negli alberghi da queste parti non brilla per qualità. Torneremo con la bella stagione e la piscina aperti!

Super nice staff, well maintained and clean hotel. Locations is amazing if you have a car.
