We'd like to clarify that each apartment is fitted with an individual 150-litre water heater, which provides hot water throughout the day. However, during periods of high usage—particularly in the evening—it may take up to three hours for the boiler to fully reheat if the hot water has been used up in your apartment. We understand this can be inconvenient, and we are looking into ways to better communicate this to guests and improve the experience where possible.We’ve also taken note of your comments on the lighting, the kitchen hood, and the toilet flush.
