I wont recommend this resort ever! Reception was so unprofessional. The place is a bit old. Shower sliding door was not properly closing and despite of the rooms availability, they booked us in the room next to a staff room/ maintenance room which u can hear the closing/ opening of that room thinking if that if someone is opening your door or no. Room service was so very bad. Communication with staff is very bad. It was our first time to book in this resort and i declare the no of adults which is 3 adults plus 1 kid, they charged me for an additional adult and thats ok, i thank you for the reception who gave me the discount, however, since linens and toiletries are not enough i requested for additional. I called the reception and a filipina answered my call, instead of just addressing my request, she is questioning our stay saying that “i heard that you are too many in the room, i told her that its just my mother in law” ( i forgot to answer her back that yes whats wrong with that and i paid extra for the adult and that she doesn’t have the right to ask a guest in that manner. I was shocked on how this lady treat guests. Then i address my requests for additional towels,slippers, dental kits. It took us 4hours! to get those extra kits! following up 3x to call the room service and repeating the items we need!!! This is the worst room service i had ever experienced!They gave us the extra bed and they deliver a baby cot! I just couldn’t absorb the experience we had. I paid for extra adult and they will deliver extra bed as baby cot! They saw my daughter how big she is! Before delivering the extra bed they should double check with the manager or the reception and not to ask the guest what kind of bed we need. Worst resort we experienced in Al Aqah area. We will not come back to this resort anymore.! Pros: Beach and swimming pool for adults and kids splash water was nice

I would have loved to give this hotel 4 or 4.5 even. The location is excellent on the Aqah beach away from the city hustle and far from shops and noise. It has its own beach across from Snopy island, perfect for amateur snorkling with fish of all sizes and colors and easily accessible by a short swim. I booked multiple rooms, studio apartments, came with big fridge and kitchen sync, a balcony and outdoors table facing a side view of beach. Why the low review? 1. At night we wanted a quite area to sit down and chat close to the beach with the calm sound of waves cashing on the sand. We sat down at an area with lots of tables, chairs which appears to be an outside restaurant currently closed for the night. Alas this calm atmosphere was disrupted with a shouting aggressive staff member. “George” his name was. I have never experienced such rudeness in a hotel in Emirates EVER. Instead of politely and calmly saying that we can sit somewhere else he started barking his instructions at us. We speak Arabic and so does he. If we spoke a foreign language then he would not dare talk to us like that. I quietly withdrew but took his name to report incident during my checkout. While the clerk at front desk was sympathic, no one from management talked to us or called us back to offer apology and explanation for such unruly behavior. 2. At night, they turn off all outside lights so you have no options to sit and relax other than in one sad looking restaurant. I visited Le Meridien next door, they have lights everywhere at night by the beach and allow you to sit wherever you want and have chessboards, games, etc.. for whole family to enjoy. Sandy should drop them a visit to learn how to take advantage of their property better. One bright experience is interacting with Soukania, a new front office member with a welcoming smile and attitude that was easy and pleasant to talk to during check in and check out.

Очень красивая и ухоженная территория (много зелени и цветов, а на пальмах можно увидеть попугаев), изумительный подводный мир. Если вы любите снорклинг, то однозначно это место вам понравится ( черепахи, рыбки, акулы) Сам отель неплохой: номера немного староваты, особенно санузлы, но это не оказывает большого влияния на отдых. Мы отдыхали на системе All (все включено). На первый взгляд, маленький выбор блюд и нечего взять, но когда вы их попробуете, то каждое блюдо вкусное и хорошо приготовлено. Все были сыты и остались довольны. Выбор коктейлей (по системе All) на баре у моря небольшой (мохито, пиво и тд), бар отличается от бара с Инфинити бассейном.

Были в этом отеле с экскурсией, вообще место конечно красивое, чистая территория , птички летают, подходит для спокойного отдыха, фишка этого места это остров Снупи(скала), там прекрасно плавать с маской , рыбки черепашки, и говорят за скалой даже акулы рифовые, водичка лазурная, прелестно просто😍

Well..it was wonderful vacation, thanx Sandy! Staff was very nice and friendly, food was really good, particularly meat (I have read bad reviews about food, but honestly it’s incorrect!). Pool zone, beach zone - all good and comfy, we had all we need. Beautiful area with flowers and cats! Room was also good, spacious, clean. Better than I excepted. I think we’ll come back!

Второй раз в этом отеле, были в марте, сейчас приехали на 5 дней в январе из другого отеля Фуджейры. Из плюсов: 1. Отличный персонал, сервис прекрасный, ресепшн и рестораны, обслуживание номеров - везде вежливы и приветливы. 2. Территория большая и прекрасный широкий пляж, много лежаков, даже при переполненном отеле всегда были места. Вход в воду плавный и песчаный, приливы и отливы не влияют на качество купания, всегда можно плавать. Остров Снупи радует черепашками и рыбами, лучше брать свою маску. 3. Брали только завтраки, которые радовали разнообразием, вкусные венские вафли ( давно не ела их в таком хорошем приготовлении, хрустящие и вкусные), шеф повару и команде 5 баллов. Ресторан с видом на море, можно сидеть на свежем воздухе, диваны ,кресла, удобные столы и прекрасное обслуживание гарантировано каждый день. 4. Номер взяли на первом этаже с террасой и видом на море, пляж был в нескольких шагах. Но эти номера существенно дороже обычного стандарта, надо иметь ввиду, но они того стоят. Новая мебель, удобно, каждый день чай,кофе,вода и предметы первой необходимости. Порадовали многоразовые диспенсеры, отель заботиться об окружающей среде. 5. Инфинити бассейн с подогревом зимой, вид чудесный. 6. Территория ухоженная, везде зелень и цветы, за ней постоянно следят, чистят, поливают, сажают. Минусы: 1. На территории классный детский аквапарк, из-за него и приехали, когда были в марте, вода в нем была тёплой, что логично. А в этот раз просто ледяная, все дети после него с кашлем и температурой. Родители все жаловались. Это очень странно,так было каждый день. На жалобы нормального ответа я не получила, видимо экономят, что пр этой цене на отель считаю неприемлемым. Лучше бы брали отдельную плату, потому что дети ,видя горки все время туда просятся. 2. Детская площадка бестолковая и опасная, состояние качелей вызывает опасения, стоит посмотреть на сгнившие крепления. Детей там почти нет, играть неудобно и некомфортно. В целом, отель очень хороший, плюсов много, мне он нравится, но руководству стоит обратить внимание на замечания.
